The front desk staff, cleaning staff and breakfast crew were all incredibly friendly. I called a few times to make requests/adjustments and was always met with a friendly representative more than willing to help. The rooms were spacious and clean.

The pool felt pretty slimy/dirty. Given that the kids wanted to stay in there all day, this wasn’t a great feeling. Both myself and my son got a big rash the evening after swimming.

the seating area on the main floor is large and comfy the breakfasts are great the pool is a really good size for kids to play and have fun the gym is well equipped and there is even a basketball court out back

the pull out couch worked well and the kids were fine on it, but it didn't feel very comfortable when I laid on it.

The location, for us, was absolutely perfect. We were also pleasantly surprised by the full breakfast served (in COVID times) in the very large breakfast room by cheerful and helpful staff. Staff at the front desk were also exceptional. The lobby was welcoming and airy. The hotel was located close to several restaurants, which we appreciated.

I think this particular hotel could use a facelift. The decor was old and the furnishings tired; at least, this was the case in Room 206. Perhaps the hotel has started renovations and haven’t reached this floor yet? The bathroom is out of date, and was complete with a pink porcelain soap dish hanging on the wall! I found the bed very comfortable, but my spouse’s side was probably used more frequently and had a ‘sag’ to it. Otherwise, the room was comfortable and we had a good night’s sleep. Although the bath area had been cleaned, I did find a towel hanging on the back of the door, I’m guessing from the previous occupant.

great access to the highway and still very quiet with a very comfy bed. I'd recommend people to ask for rooms facing on the back road rather than the front. The rooms had a very well equipped kitchen for casual cooking. Staff was prompt to respond to our requests over sms. Breakfast spread was very decent considering the covid situation. Having a ceiling fan was great for us since controlling AC in hotels is a nuisance.

the room looked quite old. could use some updates on the carpet and the bath area. Everything was superclean though and it was quite welcoming. Breakfast area had only one waffle maker. So if someone asked forx 3-4 waffles for the family(covid times, so nothing was self serve); we were looking at a 10 minute wait for ours. Add more waffle makers.

The staff were very friendly; it is a very family friendly hotel and close to many restaurants and supermarkets; you could literally walk to get food. Having breakfast included was a great bonus for a family of 5! My kids loved playing basketball in the outside courts and there were 2 bbq's for anyone who was craving for self cooked grill. Overall, we will definitely come back again if we are in the area. Plus, it being pet friendly meant that we could tale our cats with us and not have to worry about finding a pet hotel for them. The rooms have a kitchenette that was enough to manage, esp when you have a family and kids. The room service was very fast and overall, everyone was just very nice!

The room size layout and privacy. Everything was perfection except the handling of my issue. It was botched !!!

The way I was handel made me feel uncomfortable ,communication was poor. The issue was not explain and I volunteered to deal with the matter. I asked the agent what was the additional cost and still it was not address properly.

I can’t speak for the rooms themselves but I can say the staff are top notch! Super friendly, extremely helpful and very understanding. We unfortunately had to cancel our overnight here very last minute due to reasons outside of our control. Would definitely book here again, based on my interactions with the front desk staff.

Staff was very helpful and responded to requests promptly. The service and food was superb for the Wednesday Night Social. It was very convenient for family with young kids to have the complimentary breakfast included with price.

Maybe more selection for breakfast, such as cut fruit and cheeses.

When we discovered the room didn’t match what I thought I had booked through Booking.com, the staff promptly provided a more suitable room. We also liked the pancakes for breakfast - a nice change from the waffles all our other hotels offered.

The king bed was very comfy. Beautiful lobby. Friendly staff. Good breakfast!

The couch bed was super uncomfortable for 3rd guest. The mattress is way too thin and hard. A roll away cot would have been a better sleep. Also there was no extra toilet tissue or kleenex in the room and by Sunday morning it ran out as the box and roll were not full to start with. It wasn't a big issue but still.
