Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Sudbury

Our room was a good size. Ample towels in the room. Breakfast was good, having the overflow dining room was great! Pool was a good temperature and clean. Staff were all very friendly. Checkin/out was simple.

The floor in the pool room is so dangerous being so wet and slippery. Kids were falling while they were walking slowly even. The anti slip lines are useless. We didn’t enjoy the breakfast sausages and there was no bacon on the second morning.

Pool was just cleaned and cool

The property was close to shopping and eating venues that we could walk too my wife liked the shopping in the area For being on a major thoroughfare the room was Quiet

We found our room was dry, woke up several times through the nite with a dry throat , receptionist seemed indifferent with my complaint of a dry room but did say that maintenance would be notified

1st time stay. Nice and met expectations although a little pricey. Also guests in room above walked or banged on the floor - not very soundproof for a hotel.

We liked everything about this place. The beds were very comfortable, the room was spacious and clean, the hotel was very welcoming of pets, the pool area was nice, and the breakfast and location in town were really good.

We did not like that we only stayed one night. We wish that more of the other hotels/motels that we have been staying at had been as good as this place. I would absolutely recommend!

We stayed in the deluxe suite and it was great. Much bigger than we thought! The room was clean and very comfortable for 4 adults and 3 babies in playpens. The kitchenette was so helpful, and was surprisingly stocked with dishes and dish soap as well.

The breakfast was okay. The selection of food was great, but the quality of food could've been much better.

The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and very comfortable. The location was great, close to lots of great stores and restaurants. They also had a good continental breakfast (bagels, toast, pancakes, cereal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt,fruit.)

The pool was very crowded, water was luke warm, lots of little black debris floating around and one of the pool lights was broken and hanging on the edge of the pool.

The hotel room was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. The do it yourself waffle irons are awesome! Love that the toiletries supplied in the room are the Dove brand. They are also an extremely pet and family friendly hotel

Just the coffee. It was terrible in the room, and at breakfast.

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was terrific. I liked that there were 3 pillows for each bed. Glad to have the fridge and coffee maker.

I wish there was a comfortable chair to sit in. I don’t like having to sit on the bed. The shower seemed hard to control the temperature. It kept going hot and cold.

Very clean. Nice staff. Rooms were perfect for our needs. Excellent array for breakfast.

Breakfast ended at 9:30am. I wish it was open until 10am because we had to take turns looking after the dogs and kids. I almost missed breakfast.
