I rarely give such highly praised reviews but this property absolutely deserved it. From the moment you walked in — it was classy, EXTREMELY CLEAN, and very aesthetically pleasing. Staff were absolutely fabulous — kind, courteous, helpful. Rooms were clean and very high end. We didn’t have time to use the faculties, but I love how accessible they were. The hotel has mobility access rooms and access for wheelchair users to enter the pool. All in all, one of the best stays I’ve ever had. The breakfast was fabulous too — something for everyone and all dietary needs. That’s very courteous of them to think of that. And lots of options!

Breakfast was great, but the crowds were pretty full the second day and it took a long time to get breakfast out. I felt bad because there were two lovely women trying to get food out as quick as possible. But the food would go so fast before they could even get the second batch out. And they truly did try their best. I didn’t mind waiting, but I could tell some people were irritated. Maybe preparing a little more food earlier on the weekends to ensure there isn’t a ton of time spent making the food from scratch.

I like the quick response of the hotel and got accommodated for my request for an early check in. The hotel location is very convenient and easy to locate and close to the commercial area. I slept well the bed and beddings are comfortable. It was fabulous experience for a one night stay it is a clean and the building looks very new. I appreciate the shower tap is placed on the other side of the wall so I don’t need to dodge the hot water while adjusting the temperature.

I noticed the low water pressure in the toilet and it would also be nice to have a handheld shower spray on the bathroom.

Beautiful rooms and atmosphere! Breakfast is what you would expect staff are very friendly!. Pool is awesome just wish it opened earlier. Over all our new choice for stays in midland and possible other places.

Only 1 thing I don't like is pool start time is 8am most hotels are either 6 or 7am. It's kinda hard when you have 2 toddlers that knows there is a pool and wake up at 6am and all they want to do is go swimming lol. Trying to keep them quiet while others are sleeping is not easy. But over all A+

Very close to everything. Very quiet and the gym and pool are great additions. They also have a washer and dryer that’s a great perk for families.

The gym equipment needed a spray bottle. There was no way to wipe down weights or treadmill once you were done. Recycling bins outside of the elevators are small but effective. Just need to be changed or monitored more often. Deep clean on bathrooms and bathroom floors needed.

It’s always nice staying at the Hampton Inn hotels because you know in advance that everything will work fine and there will be no disappointment. The Midland one is not the exception of the rule. On the contrary. Comfortable, clean and with a friendly, helpful staff, it’s the right place to stay when traveling in the area.

Everything was fine.

The location is quiet and we felt safe. The hotel offered a "real" hot breakfast. We liked the sausages and pancakes, they're delicious. We find that an available coffee/tea in the lobby is something little extra treatment for the hotel guests. The coffee tastes good too. Overall, Hampton Inn is clean, comfortable and pleasant place to say.

Miranda and Ali were amazing! The room was perfect and clean, the location was great as it was close to tim hortons, restaurants and wal Mart. Staff went above and beyond, super friendly! The break fast was tasty!

We could hear people from other rooms. The AC setting was low or high not medium, and high was a little too loud.

Very nice appointed hotel. Comfortable beds, good breakfast. staff was very friendly, Pool area was pretty good.

I guess this is hotel policy. I was asked whether I need room cleaning during my stay. Of course, i need it, this is why I booked a hotel for more than one night.

Everything that you need or want is right there and the staff are so helpful and happy. Colleen is the best reason to book there again, her happy helpful attitude just makes me smile.

There was nothing to complain about everything was perfect handicap accessible parking and property

Breakfast was very good and the pool was very clean. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The first room we were in the AC was having issues but we were moved immediately to another room. The staff was very accommodating and professional.
