Quality Inn & Conference Centre Midland

The price was good, the beds and pillows were comfortable, I liked and it made things easier with breakfast included and great selection, the pool was a hit with the kids, the location was good, the fact there were laundry facilities was a bonus. The times for the breakfast, pool, laundry facilities were amazing. The closeness to stores and places to eat were also a bonus. We enjoyed our stay without any bugs.

Nothing to do with the hotel but the guests were a bit careless when it came to leaving food near the doors and spreads across ours but staff tried to keep things clean along the way... The hot water doesn't last long in the shower. The hot tub was good but need repairs with the lose parts and clogging but appreciated that it was still functional and still enjoyed. There needs more information shared when guests arrive aside from check-in and a mention of where we can find pamphlets for nearby activities. A good tip for the laundry facilities, to mention where to purchase soap if you don't have any handy and bounce sheets that would be needed.

We had a King suite which was very clean but a little dated. Bed was very comfortable and nice walk in shower with lots of hot water. We were overlooking the indoor pool which looked very nice but we dis not use it. Breakfast was excellent and we particularly liked the sausages served as part of the hot breakfast. I would say there was something for everyone. Staff were warm and friendly cleaning and tidying and making sure everyone was happy. As said all told clean and tidy but a little dated

Room was clean and comfortable Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Theres a deep and shallow end which is a bonus. Customer service was of good quality, down to earth people. I called guest services to intentionally ask for more towels to see how long it would take to arrive, they were to my room quick and very reapectful and professional. Was a really good stay, close to stores, restaraunts, shopping. Good price for this day in era.

Breakfast wasnt of good quality at 8am Scrammled eggs from a milk carton, sausage looked old and dried out. My child says the juice from the machine tasted like chemicals, so she stuck to drinking milk.

Loved the pool, good breakfast, and the beds were very comfortable. The room size was generous. The tv was huge.

I didn't like that bathroom. It was dirty. There was hair all over and we ran out of toilet paper. We had to request more at the front desk. They could have given us a single back up roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. Random wall paper was peeling all over the room.

Our room was large and clean. We took a room with 3 queen beds and a sofa bed. The latter was not very comfortable but they rarely are! The pool is lovely and heated! And the hot tub was great too.

The ventilation wasn’t working in the bathroom and the door was rattley and difficult to open and close. The breakfast was mediocre - everything seemed like it had been hanging around for a while. And we were there early!

Sara(h) at the front desk was by far one of the greatest customer service staff I've ever dealt with. She went over and above to make our stay as pleasurable and relaxing as possible. Thank you again for all you did for us. Continental breakfast was absolutely wonderful and fresh. Such a clean and well kept property.

Staff member who checked us in was friendly courteous and helpful. Rooms and beds were comfy. Cleaning under the furniture could have been better. Breakfasts included hot and cold options. Was unable to adjust hot tub in pool area to increase temperature and jet pressure. Overall, pleasant stay, good value.

Location. Highly rated restaurant on property. Free breakfast and coffee at the lobby. Friendly and helpful staff. Courteous and always happy.

Water rushing sound in the sinks and toilet in the room when it rained hard. Leaks in some common area with buckets catching the water seeping through the roof.

I was told by Booking .com that pool was not available so did not take a bathing suit however much to my surprize it was operating

Since I was there checking on hotels and restaurants because I am a Travel Professional and was planning on doing a group to that area next spring I asked to see the manager at least 3 times and was told he would be in touch with me. He did not call or leave a message therefore I will not be bringing a group to that hotel although I was impressed with the room and the breakfast but I was not afforded the opportunity to see any other rooms

When we entered the room, it was cozy and the beds felt like we were sleeping on clouds. The breakfast was fantastic, it was really filling and with so many options to choose. The pool looks great yet we didn’t get to swim in it. We would definitely come back to stay once again near the future!
