Rawley Resort, Spa & Marina

Yhe atmospere of the trip was so exciting and relaxing. It felt nice to unwind and lay by the hot tub and read or just lay down in the rooms. It was cozy and comfortable. The staff was very cheerful and engaging. They were always happy to help and have a nice conversation. They even called me after I left to make sure I got my souvenir after I forgot it at the resort. If there was a mistake made on anyones part, or even if we had questions, they were all too happy to help us or correct any mistakes. The staff took this trip from incredible to unforgettable.

It was a little unfortunate that the pool wasn't open during our stay and that check in was a little all over the place. However the staff more than made up for it by being kind and answering questions. They offered to help and gave us alternative options to the pool such as swim spots nearby and the hot tub. I also regret not staying longer.

Loved the fact I could bring my fur baby! The kitchenette was nicely equipped - dish soap was provided unfortunately not a dish cloth. Wifi was excellent. Bed was comfy and cozy. The manager was excellent at resolving any questions we had or issues with the room. (We could not get the room to heat) and although they had put away the outdoor furniture for the dog friendly rooms only - when we asked if we could get an outdoor chair they promptly brought us a table and 2 chairs.

The pet friendly rooms seem to have been overlooked when there was some updating. The tub surround was worn (thin) in spots. The tv in the sitting area was very very small for the wall and size of room. There could have been additional lighting (table or a floor lamp) in the main living space and in the bedrooms(night stand lights). The receptionist that checked us in was not masked and even though there was a small partition she leaned around it to speak with us.

Pool was nicely heated, open space for kids, lots of amenities with spa, bbq area and fire pits.

Unfortunately our bathtub plug was non functional and couldn’t bathe the kids.

We had breakfast off the property.

We would like to book the rooms that are independent from the main building like we had stayed in on our previous visit . That was our mistake when booking.

The resort was beautiful! The staff were amazing and attentive. The manager was excellent in addressing our concerns with amenities.

There were issues with amenities in the first room we stayed in. But the manager went above and beyond to address the issue for us.

Staying in Rawley Resort was really pleasant and I will recommend it to anyone who wants to relax and enjoys the peaceful and beautiful environment. We stayed at terrace, which was good considering trip with children. Staff were very friendly and responsive.

The restaurant was clean and nice, but food quality wasn’t what we expected.

Room was clean. Mattresses and pillows are very comfortable. Special thanks to the chef . Food was really amazing.

Our terrace suite was cold. Hitting system could not warm up our suite. Also staff members did not want turn on the fire in the sitting area. That is one of the reasons why we choose this kind of resorts, so you can sit beside a fire and relax.

Perfect location , beautiful grounds , pool sauna , hot tub.great staff.lcbo , 3 resteraunts and store all within 500 feet.

We enjoyed the resort a lot including the spa and restaurant. The staff are really great and really good food at the restaurant. We hope to be back when the weather decides to be warmer!
