The room was modern, well maintained and clean and felt comfortable. The pool wasn't overly busy even on the holiday weekend, we were able to find seats. We throughly enjoyed the chophouse restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Great food and service in that spot.

Not a massive hindering however my spouse does have some mobility issues and I believe when booking or confirming our reservation we were not at least felt like we were directly informed that our booked room on the 2nd floor was not elevator accessible. We managed but it was simply something of note as we would very much recommend the facility. The beds were nice however I rated it only a "good" because it happened to be too stiff for our liking but that is very subjective.

Staff was phenomenal. A small issue when we first checked into our room and was attended to within 10 minutes and we were switched rooms. We were also made aware they submit a maintenance ticket to have the issue corrected. The security guard was amazing. He gave us lots of recommendations for places to visit and eat. We took his advice and had breakfast at Gustavs and it was amazing! The gentleman who checked us into the room was always above and beyond friendly. Very accommodating and informative. The on-site facilities are excellent. We didn’t get to use the pools but next time we will definitely plan to swim!

The room we were moved to was next door to laundry. 9am laundry wasn’t pleasant. I woke up in a panic thinking an airplane was coming down.

Beautiful property and building. The room is modern and comfortable with AC, microwave, fridge and keureg style coffee maker. Friendly staff and nice on-site restaurant. Free amenities and close drive to Collingwood. Lots of free parking on-site. Free fast wifi and comfortable beds.

Our room was in a high traffic area so you could hear noise from other guests in the hall. The room door wasn’t tightly fitted to the frame so a lot of light from the hall was let into the room. The toilet in our room was not secure to the floor and moved around when using it.

We absolutely loved everything about the resort itself, including Gustav's restaurant, and were very impressed by the friendliness of every single staff member. If not for the housekeeping situation, we would rate this place 4/4 across the board.

We were there for 4 days and housekeeping didn't service our room even once. After the 2nd night we asked to have room cleaned and we were only left a pile of clean towels ...not even the used towels were removed, garbages were overflowing, etc...very disappointing 👎

Suite was spacious comfortable and well laid out. Everything that was needed was there. Pool was heated and location of hotel was a 10 min drive to restaurants, grocery stores, blue mountain and more.

Exterior photo was misleading as it showed a waterfront. In actual fact it was a photo of a pond that used to be there, that was disappointing as we were under the impression it was close to the water. The outdoor pool was small and was shared with the condos in the surrounding area.

The location is excellent and the grounds of the hotel are amazing. Lots of areas to sit or have a picnic, as well as bbq facilities. Room was spacious and well appointed, as well as very clean. Everything seemed to have been updated, the bathroom was very good. The staff were welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Gustav restaurant is worth a visit. Food at dinner was great, steak done to perfection. Breakfast was also very good.

The only minor criticism is that I found the bed and pillows a little too firm.

Personnel was very helpful and kind. Especially security team - absolutely the best we’ve seen in our life. There was an incident at the pool where they had to make sure my son is not swimming alone - their work was done while being extremely polite, kind and attentive. Unfortunately we did not catch the name of the person - but that was absolute gem in terms of the service provided.

Jacuzzi (hot tub) could be nice. The water in the indoor pool was quite cold - so we had to use hot shower to get warm

The bed was super comfortable and outdoor pool was perfect. Room was clean when we arrive. Lots of places to eat around the hotel and Wasaga Beach is not far which is perfect. We liked that we are able to text Reception through our phone and book the pool or ask for information etc.

Water in indoor pool was too cold. The temperature in the outdoor pool was much better. Nice and warm specially for early morning swim. We found the pool towels a bit thin and on the small size - only good for a kid. We had to make a booking to use the pool but there was a lot of people using it and did not book. So it got pretty crowded at times. We made a booking one day but we were not added to the list. Lucky we double-checked in person.

This was my 4th stay (1st non work stay/stay in the summer) & we are booking now again for next month to return! From the moment we arrived, we were met with stellar service & charming front desk staff. Staff went up & beyond to ensure we had the best time including sharing their personal favs for restaurants & cycle paths Our room was perfect, clean & met all our needs!

little to no staff presence at the pool. Not needing a life guard yet a group/family arrived with their own personal speaker ,played music over the music that was already provided by the hotel & the music contained very racist & not appropriate lyrics for multiple songs. Watched as other guests, guests with children & even rooms facing the pool leave the pool area/go into their rooms/close their sliding glass doors.

Outdoor pool was great; indoor pool was decent. The mini golf gardens were fantastic and a unique experience neither my wife nor I had seen before. Hotel was in a great location and overall we really liked it. Restaurant on site was a little pricey but my wife loved her steak. My stroganoff was a little salty but overall a nice experience. Staff were very friendly and the room was spacious and well appointed.

We were placed in room 103. This was right outside the vending machine/ice machine and pool areas. The door on the room provided next to no sound dampening. The room was terribly loud anytime the ice machine was running or anytime someone spoke outside the room (there was a lacrosse tournament or something happening so plenty of drunk adults seemed to hang out at the ice machine on Saturday night). We had a young child that kept waking up and it was very frustrating. They need heavier doors or something. This is a big negative - if you are placed in this room and want to observe quiet hours after 10pm you should likely ask to be relocated.
