White Oaks Conference & Resort Spa

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Everyone we encountered was more than willing to assist with any questions we had. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We came here for a wedding, and the venue was beautiful. Very close to Niagara on the Lake/ tons of wineries. I would highly recommend Niagara College of Wine

A little outdated in terms of some of the in room features, but although I didn't need the mini mounted tv in the bathroom, maybe someone else can take advantage of it :) If you're planning a trip in to see the falls it's a little bit far.

I loved the location, the amenities, the cleanliness, and the staff! Our room was in the tower section that had a more modern design with a rain shower in the bathroom, a large flat screen, and amazing beds where the sleep quality was 10/10. The location is 10 mins from Niagara and RIGHT across the outlet mall (one signal crossing over) which made it so easy to get food, shop, etc. Free parking and fast WiFi was also an added bonus. The swimming pool and hot tub were great. We had to check on these a few times to see when they weren't busy but still very clean and large. Being able to text front desk was very convenient - they replied quite fast!

I didn't like how there were some surplus charges that could've been complementary for e.g., I believe they charge extra for additional water bottles if you ask for more than 2? Also, breakfast was expensive and private dining didn't follow instructions and sent up only 1 order when I had marked 2 which meant we had to wait to receive the other. But, they were quick to fix their mistake! Also, only one sauna which we didn't get to use because it was quite crowded.

Staff were exceptionally friendly. Unfortunately I got a nail in my tire. The concierge took my car to the auto shop to have it fixed and had it back to the hotel within 40 minutes. I was so impressed at how kind and helpful everyone is. The facilities are lovely and clean. Beds are comfortable. We had a superior room and it was quite spacious. I would definitely go back and recommend this resort to anyone. Great location - conveniently near the QEW, Niagara on the Lake, Niagara Falls and the Niagara Outlet is literally across the road.

Jessica at the front desk was so very pleasant and helpful. She went above and beyond. My daughter and I enjoyed spa treatments. I had Sarah and Lindsay D, both were fabulous, very professional. My daughter had Katie and she said that she was the best. We dined at Liv and had Heni as our server. Again she was exceptional, the food is superior, we both had the mussels and scallops. Best meal we have had all year!!!!!! Breakfast at Liv is to die for bagel and lox, so delicious! Can’t wait to go back. Our room was very comfortable, I requested a Kerig machine and when we arrived it was in our room.

Dinner at Liv was wonderful & service excellent. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and attentive. Amenities in room were good quality. Concierge service set up our wine tour which was fun, informative, and wineries well chosen considering the vast number available. Driver was great and very personable.

Buffet breakfast was good and fairly reasonably priced, but could have offered better prepared foods- bacon was not crisp, sausage were very tough and dry, the English muffin under the eggs Benedict required a steak knife to cut through it, potatoes could have been cut into smaller pieces. The smooth was a nice touch. We chose the buffet as we thought the a`la Carte menu was over priced.

The facitilies. The Gym. The courts and spa. The gym was top notch. Better than 99.9% of hotels and resorts I have been to. There's a real focus on athletics. It's also has a rehabilitation centre. Kudos. Indoor tennis courts also... Total score.

I liked everything. The only thing I didn't really like? I should have stayed longer. Next time I will stay a lot longer.

Location is convenient to go to Niagara on the Lake and the outlet mall. We were apparently in the newer tower with renovated rooms. Room was spacious. Extra closets and mirrors were handy. Good water pressure and lots of very hot water. Celebrating our anniversary and received some delicious chocolate covered strawberries in our room after dinner. :-)

Bed was too firm. The heating and air conditioning was hard to find the right temperature and the fan running all the time was a little annoying. Prefer a thermostat to set the temperature in the room. The lights for the bathroom were on the same switch as the exhaust fan for the toilet "room" and it was loud. We ended up closing the door so it wasn't so loud.

Lovely spotless room. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Good Nespresso coffee maker with enough cups and pods. Convenient fridge. Loved the shampoo, etc. and all the towels and great robes.

Needed a working vent in the bathroom. Had made reservations at Liv for Mon. night online. Got confirmation and reminders. On Sun. I called to cancel only to find out that Liv is closed on Mon. Should check social media info.

everything is charming. from the entrance, the staff were super friendly and everyone so welcoming, the room itself was quite spacious, very comfortable beds, had nice amenities, and the bathroom was very clean with an amazing shower. location is quite convenient next to a lot of charming restaurants, shops and streets. they also have great restaurant options in the hotel.

nothing really except maybe the spa operation at check in, there was a mix up with my massage booking but the manager tried to accommodate and was very helpful in rectifying the situation.

Was clean and staff was wonderful. Bed turndown was lovely and entering a fresh scented room each evening was very nice. Special treat on first evening was thoughtful and very appreciated. Food at restaurant Play was great as well as the service.

There were some cobwebs (few) in the room on the ceiling and had to call daily for towels. Request for room service breakfast seemed ignored as special request was overlooked.
