The location is great. Is very nice hotel for cozy staying 2-3 days especially if you will spend most of the time outside doing activities instead of staying in the hotel. Also the employees were very nice and friendly. Trying to help us with whatever we need

We were expecting something a little bit more due to the price we paid. Everything in the hotel (bar, reception etc) closed at 8, so after that time whatever we needed we had to go outside. They offer only breakfast and some drinks during the day. No snacks or lunch dinner

The hotel is a like a big charming chalet. Every detail is carefully taken care and the atmosphere 100% mountain is guaranteed. Hosts are extremely gentle and waited for us 15 mins after the max check-in hour (h20). Everything is very clean.

There was no hand soap in the bathroom, nor other general toiletries. Just one big soap in the shower; for 450€ per night I would do a bit more. Breakfast is good quality but there was not such a wide choice.

We loved this auberge, perfectly located in Chamonix! We liked that it was convenient to walk from the train station, and it felt like a wonderfully quieter part of Chamonix that was less touristy (still just a couple minutes walk from all shops and restaurants). Beautiful mountains views, cute and charming alpine decor, local products at breakfast, and the kindest staff! Coco was wonderful and helped us so much with recommending hikes, restaurants, etc. We also really enjoyed the hot tub & sauna - relaxing and romantic! We only wish we could've stayed longer.

We stayed here for 2 nights before starting our TMB trek. We scheduled an airport shuttle service to drop us off directly at the hotel door (through Mountain Drop-offs, not the hotel). We were not prepared for the outstanding view from our room. It was was absolutely stunning - uninterrupted views of the Mont Blanc massif right from our window. The hot tub also exceeded our expectations - you can reserve it for 45 minutes at a time and enjoy hot, bubbling water and the amazing mountain views on all sides. The location of the hotel was ideal - a very short walk (3-4 min.) into the hub of Chamonix. It was removed enough from the bustling downtown to make evenings sitting on the lawn relaxing and quiet, yet you're less than a 5 min walk away from restaurants, shops, and more. Would absolutely stay here again - and hopefully have more than just 2 nights!

There is truly nothing I would change about this hotel!

The location of Auberge du Manor is excellent. Conveniently located next to just about everything. The rooms were comfortable and ample in size and the facility was clean and well maintained. We definitely enjoyed the outdoor spa. We did not partake in the breakfast. The only negative was that the lounge area closed by 8pm when the reception closed. Thus upon our return from dinner there was really nowhere to just relax and we had 2 rooms for 5 persons so things got cramped. THE BEST THING about the place is the WONDERFUL and EXTRAORDINARY young women who essentially run it!! I reached out to them very early on with questions and requests for dinner reservations with 5 over a holiday period. They were diligent and responsive. But upon meeting them in person, well, it was more than I could ask for. Mathilde, Chararazad, Clara and Lauren bent over backwards and went out of their way to make certain our stay was exceptional. These young ladies work hard and work long and were outstanding in every waybpossible. They are what make this place so extra special. THANK YOU LADIES for your efforts and kindness. You made our stay!

This is hotel is a true paradise if you are looking to forget about the maniac life of a big city and rejuvenate gazing at the marvellous Alps. Absolutely phenomenal spot. Nicely tucked in just 2 minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of the village centre it lets you breath fresh mountain air and recharge your soul while sipping delicate latte in the nearby garden on a sunny morning. And the staff... the most lovely people you want to meet while on holiday. Never grumpy, always wiling to help and so truly accommodating and understanding. We will most definitely go back for longer.

The room we got was large and comfortable. Easy check-in and check-out. Staff are really kind and helpful. Good Wi-Fi and next to the city centre and place Mont-Blanc. This is a very good place but there is a problem when it come to the value for the price.

This was quite expensive for the value of the hotel. I feel I didn`t got for the price paid if I compare to many high end hotel in the city. We ere looking for something smaller but we expected more quality (breakfast and services as an example). I don`t mind the breakfast being limited, but I would have expected it be higher end in term of quality and offering.

Beautiful, romantic, homey, excellent staffs, to make it in short summary: everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations. From the first moment that I entered the hotel, front desk staffs were so cheerful but professional and so eager to help and made me felt so welcome. I booked Junior Suite with balcony(room#4), from my bed I could see the stunning view of mountains. Breakfast was delicious in the nice airy room and leisure room on the first floor was decorated so well for guests to relax. The whole building was beautifully decorated and outdoor has picnic area and hot tub too. I wish to come back again and wholeheartedly miss this place so much.

A very lovely lady in the hotel reception came and fetched us at the bus stop in her private car as we were coming from Geneva airport!! We are so grateful!! We were standing in the heavy snow fall with a lot of luggage not knowing what to do. Beware - there are almost no taxis and no uber at all in Chamonix!! Fellow travelers - prepare a private transport in advance if you do not want or can not walk to your hotel with your luggage!

The bed was to hard - we did not sleep well.

Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was chalet style, had available and accessible parking and was quiet. Vey good location only a short walk to the centre of Chamonix with an excellent bakery opposite the hotel. There was a pleasant garden and hot tub but the weather was not good enough for us to use it.

We did not have breakfast in the hotel as it was 15 euros extra. It was a shame that although there was a nice guest sitting room with games , a bar and a small pool table, , it was closed at 8pm just when we would have wanted to use it. It would have been better to secure and close the bar area and leave the sitting room available to us.
