Clean, goog breakfast, close to a metro statition

We had 4-5 rooms booked online 2 months before our arrival. One of my colleagues had the surprise to find out when he arrived that the hotel doesn't have an available room for him. They sad the hotel is "overbooked". The situation was solved by sending him to another hotel across the city in the middle of the night. They paid for a taxi. Event if they made a mistake and overbooked somehow, I think they could have sent us a message the inform about this.

An amazing location, just a few steps away from U-Bahn Brudermuehlstr. (U3), provides easy access to Marienplatz in just 7 minutes. Additionally, there are two great restaurants, Ludwigswirthaus and Wirtshaus zum Isartal, that are within a 7-minute walking distance. Overall, this location offers great value for the money!

The floor is a bit old and may not feel very cozy. Additionally, there were not enough chairs provided for three people (only one chair and one armchair), and there was a missing cover on the bed which could be inconvenient when you need to sit down somewhere.

Excellent service, convenient, quiet location. The female receptionist (whose name I unfortunately can't remember) who checked us in was very sweet. We were not v. happy with the first room (the booking.com special😉) that was offered to us, and she offered us another room that was amazing. We should also thank the manager who made it happen. We also loved the location - in a quieter part of Munich but v. close to an underground station (Brudermühlstrasse), from where we could reach Marienplatz in 7 mins. Also ideally located for trips to BMW Welt.

I made the reservations for 02(two)nights in name of my wife Cristiane Rocha with Credicard Will Bank final number 9889 but, i had to stay 02(two) more nights longer because i got sick.I paid 04(four)nights with Credicard Safra Card Mastercard final number 7343 in total €637,59 in 12/07/23.I just make the reservation with will Bank Credicard and they are charging us 02(two)nights in €224,00. Could you send us the recipted and explanation about it as soon as possible. Thanks

Very nice two level room with a balcony. Although no AC (as is common in many EU countries - not a big deal for me), the natural ventilation is great and there are a couple of fans available. Location is great! - close to Marienplatz, by U-Bahn; about 5-6 stops; station a 2 minute at most walk from the hotel. 2 nearby small grocery stores as well. Very pleasant staff at the front desk and affordable on-site parking.

Really nothing. As a spoilt Canadian - a mini fridge would be nice :-)

We got a big room with 2 floors with a twins in a the top floor and a couch bed, the room was in the higher floors so with nice view. because there were 2 floors and I share my room with a friend it was a perfect solution. Bath quite good. All was perfect, clean and so welcome. Close to a good subway that arrive in the center. On the other side of street there is a supermarket and in the close square there are other shops

The only bad point that I can share is the old parquet

The room was perfect, it had a tiny kitchenette with a sink and a microwave oven too. The location specifically was wonderful, only 3 min walking distance from the nearest S/U-bahn (metro) station.

The main problem was that the night I spent there was very hot (33 degC) and lack of air conditioning was a major problem. They had already placed a fan inside the room which made the temperature tolerable.

- Friendly staff, no exception - Lush beds, although very soft - A/C unit got the job done - Great breakfast, Weißwurst, fish and donuts on top of the regular stuff - Quiet rooms, despite being faced to the inner courtyard

- Some outside non-cigarette smoke was noticeable in the room - No ironing equipment in the room. But I'm sure it would have been provided had I asked :)

We had two rooms for our family of four. Nice, clean rooms. Bathrooms were modern and nice. Kitchenette was a pleasant surprise. Good location, a short bus connection to the center ( subway was out of order). 20 min walk to the zoo. Nice restaurants nearby. Big breakfast was included.

Surfaces in the room a bit worn. Staff was not present most of the time at the reception desk.

The room was big with a lovely area for coffee. It was equipped with all basic and safety box love the balcony and distribution of everything. It was really nice that the rooms where cleaned every day. I loved that at my birthday the hotel left a note with a rose wine and a chocolate box, such a cute detail.

The bathroom door is opal glass, maybe a bit more privacy is needed whenever you travel with more than 3 people
