The staff especially the front desk were very helpful. We were even allowed to check-in early. It is also easy to communicate with them through email and even thru the booking.com platform. We are happy with the service we receive from the staff. The location is quite far from MTR but there is a bus stop in front of the hotel with buses stopping at Admiralty station. There is also a free shuttle running between the Hotel and HongKong / Airport Express Station with approx. 1 hour interval. We weren't able to walk around the neighbourhood because of the limited time we had though. Our room is quite small and cramped but I think it's typical of Hong Kong accommodations. It's just hard to move around if you are bringing a lot of stuffs. Overall, we had a nice stay the hotel.
We had a hard time finding the shuttle pick-up location from Hong Kong MTR station. We got confused with the L2 Arrival Hall since we are not familiar with the Hong Kong / Central MTR terminal / stations. We came from the city (not from the airport) and we alighted at the Hong Kong terminal (orange line). We went around in circles looking for the L2 arrival with a lot of baggages in hand. We took exit L at the Central station (red line) and we lost our way. The instruction on the free shuttle was just L2 arrival which is easily accessible coming from the Airport Express line. We later found out that from Hong Kong station, take the exit towards IFC mall (Exit F) and go up one floor towards Airport Express terminal. The arrival hall is just below the IFC mall.

Awesome experience overall. Super helpful staff who helped me with all sorts of questions, even lent me cash for taxi when I had none, and lent me converters for plug in too. Nice restaurant. Very quite and nice neighborhood.
Location. Even they have shuttle bus it only runs hourly and till 7pm. So you really need to take taxi (which only accepts cash…) often. It’s too far and too hilly to walk to subway

The hotel is close to the HK city center and has a swimming pool.
The size of the hotel room is very small, however, the space is used well.

The service: Smooth check-in, responsive informative staff, easy check-out. The shuttle buses provide convenient connection to/from Central and Wan Chai The restaurant is a hidden gem, great food including savory clay pot dishes, oxtail stew and stirred fried vegetables. In addition to breakfast, lunch and breakfast, try out their afternoon tee with scones, tiramisu cakes and cool mint teas The swimming pool was a extra bonus to cool off with a quick swim after a long time of sightseeing. It is open until 5:30 TV provided good entertainment and documentary shows. The ductless AC works well, ample wall outlets. Good size shower stall and ample bathroom with convenient dryers and 120/220 outlets (you won't need a transformer) Well stocked towels, tissues, toothbrushes and toothpaste, soaps, shampoo, shower caps, slippers, and even toothpicks! Convenient hot water heater to make coffee and tea. The three (3) elevators provided good access for the 23 story building.
The double room was small, but typical for HK. I will remember to book a larger room next time, when traveling with my spouse. The closet was small but adequate. One of the USB outlet near the bed did not work, but the other one near the desk did. Would have like a couple more creamers for coffee. The safety box did not work, but I did not need it. Probably would have been fixed if I brought it to their attention.

We booked the deluxe suite and enjoyed having the extra space in the living room area. The bedroom was small but efficient, with a very comfy bed--and the incredible views were a highlight. The free shuttle bus was a real bonus and we used it several times (arrival, departure, and getting to MTR stations). All staff members were courteous and helpful. The location was good, close to the mid-level escalators, with shopping and restaurants within walking distance. We did not use the pool as it was often closed due to thunderstorms. We did not eat in the restaurant either as there did not seem to be vegetarian options.
The only minor complaint we have was the difficulty adjusting the water temperature in the shower. It was either very hot or very cold.

I liked the location, which although a little bit out of the way was well served by the long escalators which accessed the more central areas. There is also a bus stop right outside, which was handy but we didn't use it. The room was comfortable and clean: slightly dated but well kempt. Good shower. We appreciated the kettle and bottled water supplied. We arrived early but were able to leave our bags with the concierge and as we were leaving the building, our room was already made up. We found the staff very helpful.
It was great that breakfast was offered but we didn't really enjoy it. I would have preferred some marmalade or jam with toast, instead of the cooked items on offer. One day we came back to the room having been out all day and found it wasn't made up, even though we'd left the sign on the door. Not really a problem though.

The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to and from the Airport Express MRT Station, so it is easy, convenient and economical to get to the hotel if you use the Airport Express train. My check-in experience was great, I had a booked a suite and was allocated an upgrade to the 17th floor. The suite was ample in size for two guests, and the price was very competitive considering the size of the suite and the location of the hotel. The suite had very good facilities, including a large flat screen TV in the lounge and as well as a flat screen TV in the bedroom. The air-con system was modern and quiet and the bathroom clean and modern. The suite had a great view of the harbour and central area. There's also a gym and pool, which was an added bonus. I did not try the breakfast but was told by other guests that the food was good. The location of the hotel itself is super convenient, as is it is only a short 5 minutes walk to the escalator and steps, which provide access to the upper levels, mid levels and central. There are lots of bars, restaurants, convenience stores within a 15 minutes walk from the hotel. Basically everything you need is within easy reach. The Hong Kong Botanical Garden and St. John's Cathedral are also within walking distance. I can highly recommend Bishop Lei International House and will most certainly stay there when I next visit Hong Kong.
There is nothing negative to say. The Bishop Lei International House offers excellent value and great facilities. The staff are also very helpful. The location is also great. I shall definitely return!

I have never stayed at a hotel before where the entire staff was absolutely professional, helpful and very friendly. Normally, I come across one or two bitter or disgruntled employees. Not here. Hong Kong hospitality is where it’s at. :)
Rooms were a little small, but the girlfriend and I rarely stayed there during the day. It definitely served its purpose. I would have liked more of a selection for dinner than what the kitchen provided. But with all the restaurant selections we could choose from, this is pretty minor. The location wasn’t bad, considering we did most of our running around in the Central District. Public transportation wasn’t a problem at all. There were always taxis and buses driving by the hotel.

The room was comfortable with everything needed, a fridge, a kettle, and a great view from a high floor. Check-in is pretty early. Cleaning was perfect with new water bottles every day. Breakfast was not a buffet but very tasty and at a reasonable price. Staff were very helpful.
The location of the hotel was a bit far and uphill, and there weren't enough busses getting directly to it, so I had to walk a lot. There is a free shuttle, but it's not frequent enough and had short hours. The elevators were often too busy and took a long time. Mattress was a bit too hard.
