Good location with easy access to main attractions and transport. Clean and spacious rooms, very comfortable space for HK standards. Friendly and attentive staff. Quiet internally, we never run into any other guests or heard them. Excellent shower.

Zero sound insulation externally, ie street noise was very loud and we were on the top floor. Had to sleep with ear plugs during our stay, note there is a rooftop bar next door playing music until 2am. No view to speak off as surrounded by tall buildings.

Stayed for three nights, during Chinese New Year. Hotel location is superb, just a short stroll away from both Hong Kong Station / IFC Mall and the nightlife areas of Lan Kwai Fong and SoHo. Even though there are many (great) bars nearby, I was able to sleep very well, with minimum noise entering the bedroom. Staffs are really helpful, especially Jessie at front desk. The entire hotel is also very clean. Definitely will be back again!

A 5* hotel should have breakfast available to its guests. Shower heater was not working properly and I have seen previous reviews mentioning that flaw, which means it is something that should be looked into asap.

Fantastic location, if you need to be in a close proximity to major spots in the Central. Easy access to ALL means of transportation, easy to get a taxi, easy to get to popular locations and yet enjoy the vibe of Hongkong. the breakfast is not served in the hotel, however there are 2 lovely cafes to visit nearby (a few steps walking). Opened at 7 and 8 am, very convenient, offering a variety of breakfast meal options, good coffee, etc i liked the stylish lobby, although it was tiny, yet it had a very special HKG touch. The hotel is in the tall building, amidst the similar ones in the Central, so the room views are very urbanistic. With just 5-6 rooms on each floor the hotel is a very quiet place. The rooms are very spacious, so are the bathrooms. The room had tea&coffee facilities with Nespresso capsules and TWG tea bags (these seldom fail in quality) the hotel personnel are very friendly and helpful and are very effective in solving problems. I would highly recommend this hotel

i didnt like the aircon airflow direction - right at the sleeping person's head. because the aircon grids form a square on the ceiling, so there is no way to hide from it, as it blows from 4 sides. to switch off is not an option, as it gets hot in the room.

The location can't be beat! Smack in the middle of everything. Easy access to airport express and Central MTR. The hotel is beautifully designed and was comfortable and clean. Some of the furniture seemed worn and old but the decor was absolutely charming. Two bottles of water were complimentary each day. It was a nice calm and quiet place to relax while still being steps away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It was quite expensive, but if you have the cash, this hotel is a must stay.

A great HK hotel in a great central location.

I really needed a shower before heading to the airport and there wasn't a shower for hotel guests (who have to check out at noon but don't fly home till late evening) I was made to pay £150 for a room, so before my 14 hour flight home I could have a shower. This must also be an issue to guests who arrive early into HK after a long flight and can't check into the hotel till 3pm. I really thought that this was mean of the receptionist to make me pay this fee. Other than this I enjoyed my stay.

The location is amazing which is only a couple of minutes walk from ifc and hk airport express. Location to MTR is also very convenient with loads of local cafes around the hotel. Thank you so much to the concierge staff who was so kind to walk me closer to ifc with my luggages. This is an incredible hotel which I always feel incredibly safe and comfortable in.

Unfortunately no room service after 9pm, hopefully this returns soon!

The location is excellent. I've stayed here before, but my subsequent trips to Hong Kong happen during Art Basel Hong Kong, when their rates skyrocket, due in a large part, I'm sure, to their wonderful location for gallery hopping. This particular trip was in the off-season, so I was lucky with the rates. Rooms are good-- well-appointed, tight, but not small for Hong Kong. Bathroom is quite spacious. Everything went very well.

Very well located near the mid level escalators, and the Central Market.

One quirk in the room was the set up of the light switches. One would expect that there would be a light switch at each bedside for the common lighting. Instead there were two switches on one side of the bed for one set of lights, and two switches on the other side of the bed for a different set of common lights. - very odd.

Perfect location located in shopping district in Central Hong Kong. Enjoyed various of great restaurants, night life and shopping malls. Easy access to MTR. Room was perfectly clean with Elemis amenities. Thank to Mr. Sing and his team for outstanding services. Mr. Sing was very helpful for my whole stay. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Can’t wait to be back next time.

Lobby scent , calm and quiet hotel . Location to all modes of transport including ferry train AirPort Express excellent. Within the quaint part of HK and the modern skyscrapers. Perfect

No gym !! When I found out you had no gym, I actually changed to another hotel with a gym but had to change my mind because that hotel wasn’t available at the last min.
