The rooms are well maintained and cleaned. Housekeeping staff are friendly. Room decor is light and mood lifting.

Each room only allows 4 devices to connect to the Internet. Careful if you have more devices with you and need Internet connection. For those who are interested: the Wi-Fi is on 2.4Ghz, not 5Ghz, and can go as slow as 3.69Mbps on a Thursday afternoon, not reliable for Zoom calls. Their sales team were lousy at following up with my inquiry requests. They never emailed or called my back when I told the reception to have them do that. Book online or on their official site - more reliable than their sales team.

The staff were excellent and extremely helpful and supportive with a problem I had, despite being very busy. I also saw that another visitor was also well supported. The desk to be always attended by two staff. The reception/lounge/breakfast area was light and airy and had an outdoor area. The location was good, easy to explore local are, close to trams and mtr. The whole place was very clean and well air-conditioned. Lots of glass and chrome to make the spaces feel larger. I had read before I went that people were not very satisfied with the breakfast, but I found that they had several types of rolls and muffins as well as mini croissants and bread to toast, all of which was well monitored and topped up so I never saw it run out. Two varieties of juice, different teas and coffee machines. It was quite adequate unless you wanted s hot breakfast.

I didn't dislike anything. The only reason I didn't mark five on all areas was because it would have been useful to have a slightly larger fridge in my room and most places I've stayed have had a microwave in the room too. However as I have not visited Hong Kong before this may not be the norm. Sometimes only having two lifts meant a bit of a wait, but once again, I have nothing else to compare it to in Hong Kong.

We loved this accommodation and was perfect for our sightseeing trip to Hong Kong. It was situated in a great location close to Victoria Harbour, the ferry stations and local metro. Check in was quick and easy which we appreciated after a long flight with the staff being very helpful. We requested a good view and were not disappointed. Our room was on the 37th floor with staggering views of the skyline. The room itself was very clean, had a comfy bed and powerful shower in bathroom.

The only negative was that we were charged extra on our card. We mentioned it, they were very apologetic and was refunded within a week but we were never given an explanation of what these charges were and shouldn't have happened in the first place.

I like how they have a room with 3 bedrooms and 3 restrooms. It's hard to find a hotel that you and your friends will stay in one room but with privacy.

There is no bidet in the restroom, but it's okay. I think its the only thing that is missing. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Although we weren't informed that there is additional 10% upon arrival and check-in in the hotel. The price reflected on the booking.com is different from what we paid in the hotel.

Very modern and stylish room. It had everything you'd need. Very friendly and attentive staff. Daily cleaning plus restock on water and it was a memorable experience waking up with the views over the city.

The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast. The hotel does not have a restaurant in it, so the breakfast, besides not being made in house, was very basic - small buns, croissants or regular sliced bread. On the flip side, they had two coffee machines that were producing super good coffee, so for this the hotel gets extra points!

the place was very near the metro, great location, many supermarkets nearby. The room was clean and not too small/tight. The shampoo/wash smelled great. The bed was nice. There turned out to be kind of a free breakfast (just basic - bread, coffee, etc). Can get drinking water.

there are 2 iclub very near each other--i went into the wrong one at first--then when i left to find the other one, I got confused on what street it's exactly on--as the reception of the other one didn't just tell me it's the entrance beside the supermarket.

The location was fantastic, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel, everything was very new and clean. The lobby area was also good for free coffee and even bringing back our own food to relax and eat in a quiet space. A great experience staying in a Hong Kong high rise.

The staff were helpful however sometimes a little abrupt - only mentioning as helpful feedback, but overall they were really good. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

We got lucky get the room upgraded, which was beyond our expectation. But it's very considerate of them as we stayed there almost a week. Our lives were so much easier with the bigger room. Location was very convenient as you can walk to many restaurants and cafes nearby, plus the subway was not far.

Breakfast they said it's included. It shouldn't be called breakfast. Please don't expect it at all. There will be only the self-service coffee machine with bread, toaster, and butter/ jam... That's all their so-called breakfast.

Very clean, as the other reviews say. Breakfast was basically toast a coffee/tea (without milk) but as I didn't know we got breakfast it saved me from going out in search of coffee (which was good BTW). There is a cafe right around the corner of this hotel if you need more.

Bed: not the hardest I've had in China, but this is very firm! Sheets were good, so those of you who get bad backs from hard beds will need to consider this might be an issue for a long stay.

I enjoyed the proximity to shops, gay clubs, and the metro line at this well-located hotel. While the building is tall, the surrounding structures limit the views. The shower experience was pleasant.

I found it inconvenient that a large hotel like this only had two elevators. Waiting times for an available lift could extend up to 15 minutes.
