great place, have stayed here a couple of times. great location, decent gym, comfortable and quiet room

only thing is the window could do with a blackout blind. it let in too much light, right over the bed early in the morning

The location is surrounded by restaurants and a super safe area downtown on HKG Island. The rooms are also clean and comfortable with amenities and great water pressure.

No signs of Hotel Name only at the glass door. So, when we follow Google, we end up at the playground next to the building and wonder where the Hotel is 😂 So we have to check the pic of the outside Hotel building to realize we are in front of it...just things to remind you as a tourist. One Guest also asked for help at a playground and experienced the same as I described... 😆

The facilities were clean and the view was very nice. We had requested 2 wine glasses and they were very helpful with that. It was also in a convenient location in the middle of Central + Sheung Wan.

The room was a bit chilly even though we had adjusted the temperature settings correctly.

- Very friendly and helpful staff. Cleaning team was very attentive and doing their job perfectly. - Location is amazing for first time visit of Hong Kong - everything is close. Metro, airport express, ferries are nearby - Room was small, but for the city it's usual, plus it was compensated by authentic deisgn and perfect location. No sound from the street

- Haven't seen it on booking, but they ask for around 100$ deposit at check-in (which is not a problem, but I'm not sure that I was warned about it beforehand)

Good hotel in central location in HK, near lots of restaurants and bars and a 10-15 minute walk from HK station. The beds were comfortable and the room nicely decorated. You also never have to wait for a lift - somehow it is always there waiting!

The bathroom was very small, and the hairdryer didn't work very well. For a 4* hotel I would have appreciated a better hairdryer. The air conditioning was also quite noisy. Something I hadn't realised was that the hotel charges a significant deposit when you check in, apparently it can take 1-2 weeks to return it. Not ideal when you're relying on your credit card to pay for all hotel stays on a trip.

2 beds were nice to have but they are very uncomfortable. Overall small rooms for an astronomical price, location is decent. Front desk helped us, for a print fee of course, print our cambodian visas.

Price - crazy expensive as was everything in hong kong Beds - mushy Size of room and bathroom very small Had to ask every day for our complimentary water, TP, coffee refills etc.instead of just dropping them to our room.

Very practically located in LKF if you want a location in the heart of Central and close to all the nightlife venues. Very expat-y overall though, you are warned. Room and bed felt quite large for what to expect on HK for the price offered. Clean bathroom with all necessary amenities. Staff was very helpful and available.

Could be a it noisy so try to ask for room located in the higher parts. Honestly, very hard to be picky for such a price to quality ratio.

Fantastic central location, comfortable room, staff were helpful, we had a mountain view room with views of the Peak

AC in the lobby a bit over the top, room was small though comfortable (and being in HK this is not uncommon), there was a bit of noise in the morning when the neighbouring rooms were cleaned so a lay-in was not as quiet as it could have been
