Boutique Hotel Touring

Excellent location for this hotel, most attractions were walking distance. We stayed in a junior suite at the end of a corridor which was quiet, spacious and clean. The bathroom was huge with a choice of a bath or shower. Mini-bar was fabulous which allowed us to store some chilled items during our stay, however, the drinks in the mini bar are chargeable.. We would definitely stay here again.

No restaurant on site if you wanted a bite to eat. Lobby lacking atmosphere. No English TV channels. Air conditioning was not functional and the panel in the room was unresponsive. No body lotion in the bathroom. No biscuits with tea/coffee facilities.

The Hotel Touring exceeded our expectations and was much more akin to 4* rather than 3*. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful and could not do enough to assist. The hotel itself was bright, clean, comfortable and modern. The room itself had a lot of pluses for us: the extra-large double bed was a good size with a really comfortable mattress and pillows; the air-conditioning was so quiet that you couldn't hear it even throughout the night; the room was soundproofed so that despite being in the centre of Verona's busy historic district you couldn't hear any noise from the streets around and only minimal noise from within the hotel (eg an occasional chair scraping); the bathroom had a large shower with a good sized shower head, nice toiletries, plenty of towels and toilet paper; the bathroom also had a window which opened (so often not the case in hotels) and a toilet with a good strong flush (again, not always the case!). The room had a fridge to keep our water cold and an electric kettle for making tea. The breakfast was very good, particularly on the continental side as there was a wide range of things to choose from. Every day there was a different freshly-made cake which was absolutely delicious. The coffee was one of the best things about the hotel - it was the best coffee we had the whole time we were in Verona. The staff serving breakfast were lovely and again could not do enough for you. The location is perfect for exploring the centre of Verona - you can walk out into the shops and the arena is only a 5-minute walk away. We had visited Verona for the opera festival so could not have been happier with the location. We can't recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be wanting to use it as our base when we visit Verona again.

The staff at the front desk and the breakfast room were friendly and very helpful. Room was large and so was the bathroom and shower space. Breakfast and coffee were excellent. The beds were large and very comfortable, as were the pillows. Location was very central.

There was only one chair in the room and the legs were uneven and made a lot of noise on the slate floor. The bathroom should have more hooks to hang clothes or towels. There was no clothes cupboard as such, just something with a few hangars but no shelves.

You get what you paid for, comfortable bed, nice breakfast, fresh and clean room. It is centrally located so we really had a good distance to attractions, restaurants and shopping. It only cost 10-15 euro by taxi to get to the train/bus station from this hotel, if you want to go on a day trip to other cities like Venice or Milan. The receptionists are friendly and very welcoming. The female receptionist was kind and offered to call a taxi for us when we check-out. The breakfast personnel were very attentive to our/guests requests. I want to give this hotel a rate of 10 but then the wifi is the downside so 9.5 would be fair.

We couldn't connect to their wifi since day 1 of our stay. We tried to speak to one of the receptionist about this but the only response is "all the info on the paper to get access w/ the wifi is correct". The wifi connection is the only minus, otherwise we had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

Staff were extremely helpful and facilitated our stay in this centrally placed hotel. Breakfast was more than adequate with a wide selection of breads, cereals and meat/cheeses. Despite our delayed arrival the concierge was more than willing to secure parking for us and sheltered my wife from the inclement weather with his umbrella.

On a 3 night stay we obviously required several changes of clothes. Somewhat strangely there were no drawers or lockers within the room into which to decant clothes and we lived 'out of our cases' for the duration of the stay.

Location was perfect. Close to everything and still very quiet. Comfortable and clean rooms, dark and quiet for a great night of sleep. Personal was very helpful. I had to interact with a few of them. Always eager to help. e.g. I had a medical emergency in the middle of the night and the staff went out of their way to help me find a local pharmacy and a taxi. Greatly appreciated in a foreign country!

Everything was fantastic! Maybe a few more toiletries like conditioner, shampoo besides shower gel.

Hotel is in a perfect location for visiting old town Verona. Rooms are comfortable, modern and clean. The housekeeping staff was lovely and helpful when I asked for additional amenities. Maria at Reception was courteous and assisted us throughout our stay, gave us directions to navigate the city centre and reach the hotel over the phone and is a pleasure to speak with. Stefano was also very helpful, polite and recommended some great restaurants in the city! The blonde girl serving breakfast (unfortunately I did not catch her name) was very attentive. Overall a great stay and I highly recommend, we will definitely be back.

Nothing in particular, only that the male shift manager came across with a slight negative and rude attitude at front desk, even if it could be down to inexperience or him having a bad day(s) ;)

The rooms were lovely and modern, also really clean as was the hotel throughout. The breakfast was the perfect selection of cold meats, cheese, bread as well as hot bacon and eggs with sweet pastries too. Location was excellent, right in the heart of the city but not so much that you were disturbed by noise late at night. Also the beds in the rooms are HUGE!!

There wasnt much going on at the actual hotel, could have done with a little bar or something for a night cap after being out and about but saying that there is a lot right on your doorstep so not the end of the world.

the location is exceptional, close to everything , walking distance to all the verona main attractions and mainstreet shopping stores. shops and restaurants are around the hotel . Hotel staffs were wonderful , helpful and accommodating. Our room was ready so we were able to check in at 12:30 . 😀 the bed were comfortable and the room were clean and spacious. We were very happy with our stay and will definitely come back and recommend the hotel

as explained by the hotel staff during our check in that the room air conditioning can not be used yet during that time ( March) . It was 20-23 degrees so it was very warm during the night and we had to open the windows for some cool breeze .

Excellent location in the middle of the old city, close to everything. Rooms with stylish, modern, minimalistic decor, very clean. Comfortable bed. It was a little noisy at night (Friday night), since I had a room on the low floor, but not unbearable and to be expected in the middle of the city. Breakfast was nice. Outstanding espresso. Taxi from the airport was 42 euros. On the way back I walked to the train station (30 min, didn’t have much luggage) and took an airport bus for 6 euros.
