Opera Relais De Charme - Aparthotel

Everything. From. staff member(called Sabrina) calling me minutes after I booked to ask how to prepare the room for my two month old and explain the parking situation. Valet parking was excellent and needed as it’s hard to manoeuvre the narrow Verona roads. The apartment was neat, spacious, well lit and aesthetically pleasing. There was enough space for my partner, mother in law and two month old baby. Bianca, who was working the next day was just as nice as Sabrina and helpful with instructions for the city. This is one of my favorite hotel stays ever. Must be an Italian thing because the service was as good as a previous stay in Positano.

My stay was too short.

Perfect location, close to all of Verona’s beautiful sights. The team are fabulous - friendly, efficient and helpful. I particularly liked their quick responses to any queries in advance of our arrival. The apartments are stylish, spotlessly clean(housekeeping was amazing), excellent amenities with fridge, crockery & glassware. as well as tea & coffee making facilities. They have thought of everything. We had the best nights sleep as the property is so quiet - this was really important after a busy day in Verona. The apartments also have really good air conditioning - it was very hot during our stay and it was a real treat to come back to our cool apartment! We will be back to stay at this property!

Loved everything about it!

It was very convenient since we traveled with our daughter and a dog. The apartment felt like home. Also there is Sabrina from the reception who gave us outstanding service. Not only did she help us find the way to the hotel when we arrived but also helped us carry out own luggage.

This has nothing to do with the Hotel I guess but since this part of Verona is car free, every time we came back we had to advise the Hotel in order for them to arrange a garage to pick up the car once we arrived. This meant that we could not stay out late in the evening since the garage was only open till 9pm. No problem if you know this in advance. Also since this is an apartment hotel they dont have ppl who are dedicated to bagage but Sabrina from the reception did help us carry our stuff which was really nice of her.

The apartment was fantastic. Two double bedrooms and a lovely kitchen/dining/lounge combined area, with fabulous bathroom including a great shower. Fully airconditioned and very comfortable beds. The location was perfect. 3 minutes walk from the arena and 4 minutes to Juliet's balcony. It was so helpful to have a receptionist, providing us with helpful travel tips and allowing us to leave our luggage for collection later in the day. Staff were very accommodating.

A lower mirror in smaller bedroom would have been very helpful.

The hotel is right in the center of every ting, Very Pretty, spacious and comfortable. The service is great and they are there until 12 am. It is in the 3rd floor but there is an elevator. They answer calls right away, texts no so fast.

If you have a car you will need Parking they provide you with places or valet parking, the valet parking is not so great but it works. Besides that nothing to complain about.

The rooms were spacious, light and airy, lovely balcony, good storage and good size bathroom. The location was fantastic, very central, only 2 minutes from each of the main squares in Verona, it couldn’t have been any better. The staff were so helpful with everything and the facility to leave luggage at reception as a great bonus. I would highly recommend this property.

We chose this Hotel as it was 3 minutes' walk away from the Arena as we were travelling to watch Eros Ramazzotti in concert. The communication from the Hotel was excellent from the outset, staff upon arrival and during our stay were really helpful and spoke excellent English. The room itself was large, very clean, and had everything we needed, and the kitchen area was well equipped. In terms of location for visiting the rest of the old town, it couldn't be better placed. The staff were very knowledgeable and keen to recommend attractions, including on how to get to Lake Garda by public transport, which we did on the second day. Highly recommend this Hotel and would definitely stay again.

Loved that there was an espresso machine and espresso in the room. They had a microwave, mini fridge. Water filled in the espresso machine and water bottles in the room. The room was beautiful and so was the shower. Everything was very modern and clean. They provided you everything you needed if you wanted to cook in the room and clean dishes for reuse. They had a table to dine in the room as well as a patio area off the room that's private which had a table and chairs. The staff helped a lot with finding spots to check out while visiting and helped me stay a couple hours longer than their normal check out time. Location was unbeatable it was in the middle of everything but tucked away in a quiet alley.

You can hear everyone coming in and out of their rooms it's like there's nothing to the door to keep sounds out. When people leave their rooms the doors slam every single time and you can hear them as they come and go it was really loud. So I guess adding something to the doors to help w noise. The shower hear dripped almost constantly after use and i couldn't figure out how to stop that. The doors in the rooms don't have peep holes which I think is a safety issue possibly

Amazing studio. Central location. Only a few minutes walk to the Arena & Piazza Bra. Immaculate. Room cleaned every day and coffee water & toiletries replaced every day. Which was a lovely touch. Gorgeous spacious room with a sunny balcony.

Would have been nice if there was a little acknowledgement that we were celebrating our Ruby wedding anniversary. (40)

it’s location was very close to the old city centre. it was very modern in the rooms and exceptionally clean with a seating area and small kitchen. very comfortable bed and air conditioning was welcome. a special thank you for our upgrade as celebrating our 30 anniversary, thank you Valentina and all her lovely colleagues. taxi was arranged without fuss from hotel to train station which saved any hassle with catching our onward train.
