Next to / Walking distance to various shops (cafes, family restaurants, groceries, furniture, clothing, sports, books, big cinema & family parks (outdoor & indoor)). A lot of parking space, clean hotel, speed internet / wifi, helpful staff (check in, check out & room) & takes less than 10 minutes to reach Legoland, Puteri Harbour & Iskandar Puteri Town. This is going to be 1 of my family top place to stay when visit Johor Bahru / Nusajaya.

1. Not favor with the concept of using a water machine for complimentary water. Only a machine in a floor and disadvantage for guess which his / her room is far from the machine. Only 2 bottles provided for filling the water are not helpful for a big family with kids. 2. Selection of foods during breakfast can be increased / added. Limited choices of food but the taste was yummy (great).

Room is big and clean. Room is very spacious, more than enough for a family of 4 without having to pay for an extra bed as there is a sofa bed.

Hotel breakfast could be improved.

The suite is spacious, well designed and very comfortable!

It would be great if the hotel could provide more options for tv/movie channels!

Big hotel with many shops around whilst not being in the city. Upon check in, I was advised that the linen was late so it would be a delay until room was ready. Not their fault so totally understand. 5pm comes around so I went back to check? It took a while because every single person checking in was complaining about the wait! Omg chill people, they were abusing the staff. One guy walked into the back of the reception desk and stood over the poor girl and demanded his room key. What an idiot. Finally it came to my turn and I decided to politely ask, if possible, would you be willing to offer a breakfast voucher due to the later check in? She said yes off course air! I felt great! She felt great! This is how normal people communicate! And how a great hotel makes up for the short comings. Sucked in to the guy that was rude, he got nothing. Rude people deserve nothing!

We love it as it is.great location to drive to Legoland or the other malls. There are a couple of good outlet shops too. Their normal room comes with a decent size sofa bed. We love the Book Xcess for the cheap and good books. Sport Direct always have good deals too. So for those if u dont bring much clothes you can just shop near by there. Plus their breakfast is good too. Kids below 12 is free.

It would be great if they can change the shampoo cause it makes our hair dry. The toiletries can do an upgrade to a better quality. And spare pillow with blanket for the sofa bed. Overall the room is really comfy for our family of 4 on short stay.

The hotel is rather new. The room is pretty spacious for a pax of 3. I don’t have any issues with the cleanliness of the hotel. The scent in the lobby is great. Common toilets and surau at the hotel lobby are clean. The staff is helpful too. Duty manager, Iqbal, helped us to plan our transportation. Unfortunately, it didn’t go as planned due to time taken for the driver to reach our hotel. The hotel is about 40 mins away from JB town area.

The location of the hotel is really a push factor for me. It’s distance to JB town area is really far. Many shops have not opened around the area. Understand that the area is under a 2-year plan. Quite limited eating places around the areas. We ended up commuting to and fro 😞

Love the convenience of having everything within the vicinity. We didn't leave the whole time we were there because what was needed was all within the area. One of the best parts is that it is not too bustling yet not too empty or vacant either. Just right for those who prefers convenience yet away from the hustle and bustle. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Appreciate the breakfast spread as well. Hope to visit again for upcoming short stays.

Came here to surprise my kids on the very last day of our holiday. There is a practical small kitchenette fitted with a fridge, a washing sink, a microwave a coffee maker and heating flask, good for a family. There is a sofa bed and specified room with a nice comfy bed. Toilet is new, so we hope that it gets well maintained if not better. My view overlooks the CP and NSK mart at the 10th Floor. So there is an open view and it gets better at night. Gym and pool was clean, well maintained and well guarded. So one can safely use the facilities without worrying. The hotel is integrated with a mall, cinema and play area. Do check if they accept card payment, else you need to hold lots of cash.

The ATM, supposed to be set up nearby marry brown has yet to be fixed. So please bring loads of cash if you ever decide to stay here. There is a money changer if you have foreign cash.

Room was spacious and fits family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids). Requested for extra towels and pillows which were delivered promptly. Bfast spread was good. Many choices of food.

The opening of the shower door was inconvenient. It opens inwards instead of outwards. We had to squeeze our bodies between the door and the door frame to enter the shower. Swimming pool was too small and too crowded. The lift doors closed almost immediately and my children were almost left outside/inside the lift when we were entering/exiting.

Strategic location with alot of intetesting places nearby and close by many activities for family and especially for kids. Huge supermarket and varieties of eateries as well as cafes, the food truck food are nice too. Hotel link to cinema too. What i like most and keep on coming back to Sunway is the service the hotel rendered, especially to a staff name Iqbal who go extra mile and beyond his service to ensure we are doing fine and comfortable during our stay.

Nothing that i don't like, its just the shower room need a little bit more care on the cleanliness, especially the in between tiles.
