LOL-HA Hotel Boutique

The hotel is brand new and built to a high European standard. It has large very comfortable rooms, lovely pool, great breakfast, amazing water pressure, good linen and towels, friendly staff. Located near the airport but without any noise and built within a forest.

This property was very well maintained and the staff was so hospitable and friendly. We were able to check in early which was a huge plus after a long morning of driving. The room was extra clean and well appointed and the bed was nice and firm. It is fairly close to the airport too which was good as it was our last stop before heading home. Lovely grounds and pool and a delicious complimentary breakfast.

The location is off the beaten path which was actually a plus for us. After partying in Tulum and needing a break before flying home this spot was ideal but I would imagine for a lot of travelers it would be more remote than they would want. We also had a car there which seemed a necessity.

We stayed for one night before going to the airport. The location is great to get to the airport - even though there was huge traffic jam on the main street. The staff was super nice and helpfull. They even prepared some nice food for us after operating time of the restaurant and were always super friendly. The hotel room and bathroom was huge, everything was very new and comfortable.

The shower didn't work properly - the water was either too hot or too cold. The breakfast was quite basic but tasty. We didn't tell that to the staff since we were staying only for one night.

Very welcoming staff, made us feel comfortable right away. Our flight was cancelled and we booked last minute and were greeting right at our taxi. They kept the kitchen open later for us which was so appreciated after such a stressful day. They also upgraded our room. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet area in a beautiful jungle were you can hear the birds. Breakast was good. I like the fact that is is Mexican owned and not a huge chain!

The beds were hard and I woul like to see actual cream and not just coffee mate. But overall a really good experience.

great place , very nice and attentive staff. waited for us to arrive at 10pm and opened the gate right away. we didn’t get to try breakfast because left very early in the morning. it’s possible to take Uber to the airport. also got there using Uber. it was available even at 5:30am. the balcony was very nice - beautiful dark night sky with stars, quiet, and I think - frogs croaking nearby. nice looking pool.

they originally wanted to charge 600 pesos for airport transfer, though then changed to 400. I would suggest using Uber. just wasn’t sure it would be available at 5:30am. but it was - I checked .

The look of the place is wonderful. I really liked the tropical feeling, and the room is very big and comfortable. The breakfast is nice, you can ask them to prepare differently. But the best of all was the staff. They were super nice, and helpful.

The location is not very good; there is no public transport, and it's not suggested to go out at night (or at daytime as a matter of fact). So, if you don't want to sit in the pool all day you need to rent a car or get a taxi.

Safe, friendly, comfortable, home away from home. Staff is very friendly and there's lots to do in the evening if you choose to. Steps to shopping, restaurants, the beach, everything! We stayed in the Josephine room while our daughter and her boyfriend stayed in the more open palapa with the spiral staircase (they loved the treehouse feel!). Big menu with lots of healthy options at the restaurant. You could easily stay here on your own and feel safe and not lonely at all. We hung out at the rooftop pool and did the sunset yoga. Lovely garden courtyard with a friendly turtle.

Nearby construction was noisy during the day at times.

The staff were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. I only booked a single night as I had missed my flight so obviously arrived grumpy, but from meeting me at my taxi, getting my bags, checking me in, giving me sweets and recommendations for last minute restaurants to order delivery from before they closed, I was instantly relaxed as soon as they started taking care of me. They even offered to bring my Ubereats to the room for me! (Their own restaurant had closed).

Location probably not well suited as a base for exploration. Even with a car the roads around the hotel are very potholed. But for a single night to stay near the hotel it is perfect.

This is really a boutique hotel -- quite charming and different from the standard hotels. Nice pool. All very private. Breakfast was unusually good--eggs, omelettes, pancakes to order. Staff very helpful and friendly. A nice little restaurant at hotel. All but one of the "Cancun Airport" hotels are a fair ways away from the airport. I doubt that any of them have shuttles so this and others incur a significant taxi fare for those without auto.

It would be nice to have shuttle service from airport but I doubt that any of the Cancun Airport hotels have shuttle.

As others have mentioned, the hotel is located far from the main road in a developing neighborhood and the roads to get there can be quite rough. If you do not have a car with you, you will most likely need to hire a ride. Once you arrive and get through the gate, you are met with a beautiful, quiet property. The hotel is still in the final stages of construction for finishing touches, but all of the infrastructure for guests is complete. The rooms and bathrooms are massive - it feels very luxurious! There is also a surprising amount of birds and wildlife outside.

The water in the shower did not stay at a consistent temperature. It changed from boiling hot to cold, which made it difficult to wash. The stay was very comfortable otherwise.
