new place clean and feel luxury. breakfast was very good . room is large and comfortable. the place is kinda new . gym is ok and nice rooftop with pool

reception very slow and busy . it toke me 20 minutes waiting for check in . STAY AWAY from the rooftop bar or at list ask for price before ordering something. they charge me 800 pesos ( 40 usd ) for one shisha ! I didn’t ask the price before it was my mistake but still there is no way it should cost that much definitely not in Mexico. they say they are not connected with the hotel . be aware!

Rooms were nice, big, comfortable beds and pillows. the location is right in the center. Internet was good too.

The window isolation is practically non-existent. You feel like the window is open, but it’s not. So it’s rather noisy. They are building a new building in front of the hotel, so there is noise from that. We had breakfast included that we thought was a total waste of money. We had booked the hotel twice as we traveled around and in one case they tried to give us a king-size instead of two queen beds. We had to argue to get the room type we actually had booked.

The breakfast…when you do the reservation just saying breakfast included…when you get to the breakfast is minimal,you can not repeat the orange juice,if you have the orange juice you can not have the fruit…if you have fried eggs you can not have bacon…if you have coffee you can not have the orange juice.The breakfast is very limited…and is nothing on the reservation mentioned that. very disappointed…

best location in the center of cancun. next to the Ado station. next to good restaurants. clean, hot water, large room. nice pool and nice restaurants in the roof and in the first floor.

Prepaid breakfast was only scrambled egs /fried eggs /omelette or a extra mini small plate of oné fruit. Prepaid breakfast that was only coffee and fruit that cost about 140 pesos. Otherwise the prices for breakfast was much cheaper. I strongly do not recomend prepaid breakfast.

Very clean and modern. Got what we paid for. Better than the pictures. Also had the fried fish tacos on the roof and they were the best tacos I had during my whole trip in quintana roo. Was raining when I was there but the pool area looked nice too.

When you book the hotel isn't aware if it's a king bed or two double beds requested until booking in.

The location was perfect for a one night stay in Cancun in between flights. The ADO bus comes directly from the airport to the bus terminal a 5 minute walk from the hotel. So no need to pay for a taxi. There are also several great restaurants a few minutes from the hotel. I also enjoyed chilling by the pool after check out before my flight (no one else was there).

I wouldn’t pay for breakfast again. My room was also missing toiletries (soap, shampoo etc) and even after I asked the housekeeper and then the reception, no one ever brought these - luckily I had my own so didn’t care that much. There is no hairdryer in the room but you can borrow one from the reception.

Fantastic location next to the main transportation hub. Very good value, modern looking building. The room was small but well laid out and cozy. Good set of bathroom amenities including some things I haven't seen for many years like a free comb. Bed was comfortable.

Being a party hotel it is indeed a bit noisy with the music coming from the top floor. Cleanliness could be improved - one of the beds had some dirt streaks on the sheets like someone stepped on it after it was made. Fortunately we had two beds and the other was clean.

Roomy, comfortable king bed, big windows, no smells, good location near bus terminal and stores, good wifi, rooftop bar, easy check-in

not a big deal but: homeless people next to hotel. don’t like floor design, not a best view. small refrigerator without freezer, no microwave

Location is excellent and The ADO is opposite and was not a problem for us crossing the busy round about to get to the hotel.The roof top bar was my favorite place to chill with a great staff.Kudos to Enriques.The Mercado 23 and 28 is a 10 minute walk,we also walked to Plaza of The Americas which took about 30 minutes.They also held a suitcase for 4 days since we were returning back for another 3 nights.The staff were all friendly.The wifi,electrical outlets were amazing.My cell phone would be fully charged in 10 minutes.The hotel is only nine years old with modern upgrades.

The steel beams takes away the lovely view especially the rooms with balcony.There is No microwave available.I don't know if it's willingly done because of the restaurant and coffee shop that's in the hotel,but they do offer you a small coffee machine if you ask.The shower should have had a fully closed door or curtain to avoid water from spilling out by the toilet.
