The location was great, felt very safe and was close to public transport (R-1 and R-2 buses taking you to the beaches in the hotel zone). Self-service check in very practical. Very bright, nice amenities.

Nice neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores close by.
1. The room was dirty when we arrived: hair in the bed, dusts piled up on the fan, dust on the table, water broke in to the room due to a storm. 2. Ants were everywhere. Imagine you see dozens of ants crawling on all of your belongings and clothes when you open your suitcase. There were even some landed on my body. 3. For the first 24h after our arrival, we had no electricity, no wifi, no AC as a consequence of the storm. (Only a few buildings in the neighborhood were affected.) We had to charge our phones in a restaurent and then used our phones as a torch since it was all dark in the room. The next morning when we woke up, not only did we not have electricity, there was no water! 4. After our arrival, we talked to the person in charge and they didn’t offer any solution regarding the electricity problem. And as for the hygiene of the room, she said that “they could give us the courtesy of cleaning service the next day”. P.S: They next day we had a cleaning service of the whole room, including the fan. Everything combined, this was the worst accommodation experience that we have ever had.
