Location, Quiet, Safe & Secure, Staff, breakfast buffet was wonderful-lots of variety

The ability todo Laundry onsite was advertised but the accommodations & machines available were not functioning properly or in a convenient & safe location in hotel. Very disappointing as that was one thing we were looking for when we booked.

The room was very clean! It was fully equipped, specially the kitchen with everything needed for cooking. Fridge, stove, microwave, etc. They even had new fabric dishcloths! Among other things, check pictures! Which were threw away on checkout. Ample space. Excellent location easily accessible by bus (stop in front) and metro (400m). Principe Pio is the closest metro station, which is also an important train station and there are many bus connections as well. There's also a shopping mall in there. Terrace was nice! Everything was great! I will come back!

We arrived a bit early, around midday, we were given a room immediately without any fuss. Reception was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, comfortable and well sound-proofed from the street outside. A/C worked well even in Madrid's heatwave (40C+). The Royal Palace and the gardens are across the street. Plaza Espana (and the Metro) is just five minutes walk; Plaza Mayor and Puerto del Sol both about 15-20 minutes by any of numerous interesting ways. Check out La Mi Venta restaurant about 5 minutes walk away; many other good restaurants within 10 minutes as well. I would certainly consider to stay here again and would recommend it to family and friends. On reflection, I rated the property a 9 because I can't say the property is "Exceptional" (limited facilities, after all it's apartosuites), but it's a very good 9 and it is certainly a 10 on value for money.

I liked the hotel reception, it was welcoming and modernately decorated. Everything was explained well and a map of the area supplied with some recommendations of places to go and places to eat. The room was comfortable and a good size with a fully equipped kitchette and a proper hair dryer. The roof terrace was breath taking and if we had more time we would have spent an afternoon there relaxing. The location of the hotel was perfect walking distance to all the attractions and great tapas bars.

Nice studio in central and convinient location. Helpful staff, coffee machine in the lobby of the hotel. Very, very comfortable bed and large, well equipped bathroom. The room is big enough with a sofa and a dining table and the soundproofing is extremely effective. The room was cleaned every day.

The kitchenette was not very well equipped, it needs some kitchen utensils and dishes.

We were upgraded to a suite which was very spacious & well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked well in very hot weather. The temperature could be adjusted separately for the bedroom. The hotel is well located and within walking distance to Via Grande, train station. There are a couple of supermarkets within a 5 minute walk. The roof terrace has a spectacular view of the palace.

Main reason for booking this apartment was due to the roof terrace. However, there was a cover charge of 10 Euros to access it when the bar was open :(

Very helpful staff...Great view from terrace tapas bar..Great food including vegetarian options. Apartment spacious and comfortable.taxis passing all the time ...realised (on last day!)there was a free bus no 001 from plaza espana that goes to 3 main museums and old city. Also near 2 metro stations.

Hand towels were a bit tired...but clean.Bath towels were fine. Otherwise excellent accommodation in a capital city with quiet setting and stunning view from the terrace.

Location, comfortable, quiet and clean suites, fabulous roof top lounge, excellent front desk staff. Our Spain and Portugal vacation was originally scheduled for spring 2020 but Covid cancelled those plans. I had to cancel many hotel and AirBNB accommodations and absorb the cost of the non-refundable sites. This Madrid hotel reservation was non-refundable but they said we’ll honour your paid reservation when you can come. I appreciated this so much and we were delighted to finally visit in May 2022. They did not add any additional charge to the amount I paid in 2020. This is phenomenal customer service.

‏ ‏Above and beyond our expectations. The room is cleaned every day. Contains everything you need, in terms of kitchen, bathroom accessories, blankets, towels, etc. The reception staff is always helpful and welcoming. We were allowed to store our luggage comfortably on the last day. At the top floor there is a stunning bar that overlooks the view and is open to hotel guests. Great location - 5 minutes walk from Espanya Square, which has an amazing Christmas market, an ice rink and a real huge decorated Christmas tree - one of the most beautiful in Madrid. Espanya Square is located at the beginning of the main street Gran Via, with many shops and restaurants, and where a beautiful Christmas lights trail begins! Down the street from the hotel on the corner there is a big supermarket “carrefour express”.

This is a great place to stay if you're looking to get to know madrid's touristic center. They are superbly well located near plaza de españa and we did mostly everything by walking to it. The check-in was quick and easy, and reception was very friendly and the ambience is very soothing. The room is big enough, beds are clean and well made, everything is new. The appliances were there, but we honestly never got to use apart from the glasses and bottle opener.

The wardrobe was a bit small for two. In the morning the cleaning staff will get really loud while cleaning the rooms, and if you are sleeping you can hear they moving cars and talking loudly to each other, and most days we got up to their noise.
