Excellent location in central Madrid. Memorable attractions can be reached by foot - including the Prado and Reina Sofia museums, Plaza Mayor, the lovely Atocha and Chueca areas, Retiro park. Similarly, within 10-15mins walking distance you can find dozens of excellent places to have breakfast, lunch, brunch, dinner, drinks... The apartment itself was roomy, clean with good facilities.

The only thing we disliked was the occasional noise. Sound insulation was poor and the building is compact so we heard both outside noises and our neighbours well after midnight.

Location. Easy access to sites, museums.restaraunts, subway, and train station 2 bedroom & 1 bath unit. Modern and very clean. Full kitchen available, but we did not cook. Second floor apartment quiet at night.

No live person for check-in. Could not pre-check-in via app. App would not load on my phone. First access to apartment was an ordeal via phone calls and lobby machine. Best if you are comfortable with self check-in. Access card use and turning door lock for apartment entry frustrating and required multiple attempts every time used.

Modern, well equipped apartment with very comfortable beds.

The main shower head didn't work and looked like one of the diverter taps was broken. We had to use the hand held small shower head. Water temp was good. The kettle didn't automatically switch off when reaching boiling point. The nature of the Apartment block structure does mean that noise travels around. Need to be aware that late night revellers will bang doors and create noise when they return, but that's City life.

The room was nice, comfortable and functional

There was not enough of towels for two persons in the room and there was absolutely not a enough of WC paper in the room

Great location. Clean. Spacious. First place in 30 days that had English instructions for the kitchen components. They let us check n early. Beds were great, space was great. Easy check in and check out.

Strong smell of stale cigarette smoke during the night. It is an older building so seems that vents are connected. It was a short period and we did not experience that at any other time.

Great location, spacious apartment with a lovely terrace. Easy check in system. Staff were responsive to pre-arrival questions.

The single room had a very low ceiling - risk of bumping head when you awake. In addition, the big glass doors to the terrace didn't have a safety sticker. The 7 year old staying with in our group of family friends ran into the glass thinking that it was an open door and hurt himself - luckily it was not serious. Would advise safety labels to be stuck onto the doors

The location was great. Walking distance to lots of venues, shops, restaurants and the metro. The rooms were fairly spacious and it had all the basics. We appreciated the kitchen kitchen with fresh sponge and dishcloth.

Communication with apartment mgrs was good but we were frustrated by the offsite storage advice as it has to be prebooked online and where they sent us was very small and very expensive. We were not told any of that. It would be nice if the apartment itself had a storage capacity. The apartment was fairly well stocked but could have used some facecloths, paper toweling and essentials like salt & pepper. A drying rack for laundry would also be a great addition!

This property was very clean, specious, on a quiet street, equipped with everything you may need at home. The flat was walking distance from the Atocha train station (about 10 min), walking distance to Madrid city center and very close to Prado Museum and Botanical Garden. :) Keyless entry was very convenient. Stores and restaurants around offered awesome food for every budget. Pictures posted by the owner reflect exact condition of this property:) Will definitely stay here again and will recommend to my friends!

Nothing comes to mind

Overall we liked everything. Location in a quiet street. Excellent location to visit three of the mayor attractions in the City (Museo del Prado, Parque del Retiro, Centro de Arte Reina Sofia) and proximity to the main Madrid transportation hub (Attocha Railway Station). Ample and well planed layout of the apartment.

We liked all. Only that the type of seating provided in the common area was not that comfortable without a couple of cushions.

It’s a beautiful, clean and comfortable apartment. And it’s based in an area so very close to the 3 of the most important museums of this wonderful city. Museo del Prado, Museo Raina Sofia and Thyssen Museums are really so close. Also Atocha train station is 5 minutes by foot. You can walk to all the city and visit all monuments parks and galleries.
