The room was very big , clean with a little kitchen. Was very clean and bright. Very quiet neighboor and frienly streets. The location was good , 20-25 minute walking from the center and friendly and quite neighboorhood.

The english level was bad , all over the city was like this but this isnt good. The old woman at the reception wasnt very kind with her colleague and it was a bad image because that guy was very kind and helpful. But even he wasnt kind thats still not a good image . I should put 9/10 but because of that lady i put 8. Everyone got bad days at the job but this isnt mean something

I have been already at the hotel twice I think what makes the hotel less than it could be is maintenance, there are some signs of neglect There is no hairdryer No basic things like soap or shampoo, the soap is in dispensers that don’t work The staff with the exception of Teresa in the mornings, is extremely rude When I checked in on Oct 5th the employee yelled at me because I couldn’t hear what she was she saying, she didn’t provide me with the WiFi Information and I went out a couple of times and when coming back I greeted her with my Buenas tardes I Buenas noches and she never replied Muy mala leche to be working with the public

What I said before

The location is very handy coming from the airport, which if you are traveling light, and you're not in a hurry, you can definitely get the subway to it. The room was very clean and the bed super comfortable and big. The cost benefit was really good!

There's no negative feedback on my view to be honest. If I could say something is depending on the room, you might hear some noises from the people at this restaurant that is located at ground floor from the building. especially at the end of the week. But again, its a veeery small thing.

Room is relatively basic but has all the essentials plus a wee kitchenette type setup, we didn't use it but nice to have. The hotel itself is located next to / above a restaurant but you can't really hear the noise at all. It's a little noisier in the morning probably from around 7am onwards but still not that bad. Location I'd say is really good. Only a couple minutes walk to the nearest metro entrance. The Madrid metro is really good so you can easily get to other areas easily due the number of connecting stations. The room is clean, staff are nice and for the money we paid, we felt it was very good value. Would definitely consider this hotel if we came back to Madrid again.

Genuinely nothing that we could say that we didn't like. In terms of the facilities or food options, we didn't use any so can't give an opinion at all. Maybe the sign posting could be a little clearer but that's definitely nitpicking at this point. If I remember correctly the sign says 'Almagra' on it.

In comparison to the reviews I’ve seen on google and booking, it was much better. Room was cleaned every day, 3 towels. Just no shampoo in the room.

Price could have been a bit cheaper

Our apartment was facing the inside, sunny and extremely quite. The beds are comfortable, the shower is good. No luxury, just simple, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen utensils are what you need for a short stay. They don't provide dishwashing detergent, sponge, kitchen towels. I love the fact that one can open the windows wide, as opposed to so many modern 4-5 star hotels where you cannot even crack the window open.

Some walls were peeling a bit, which didn't bother me. If you like watching TV, which I don't, the flat TV is pretty small.

Location, location, and location. They have a microwave, mini kitchen, mini fridge, and utensils in your room. The property design was quite modern.

The receptionist was overwhelmed with the customer, they only have one receptionist per shift, causing the check-in queue. There are some minor fixes needed for the property (like a broken cable, or a window handle that is almost broken) but generally, the property was renovated with a modern design some years ago.

Hotel location in the best location access to the market and the metro line. The room was good and the facilities and internet were great. If I go to Madrid again my preference is this hotel.There were good restaurants and coffee shops as well as the original and traditional architecture of the surrounding buildings.

Great value for money. Excellent Location. Spacious and recently refurbished flat. Very good free wifi. Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception.

Some noise during the night coming from the neighbours. Aircon a little weak and not working very well (fortunately temp was not too hot during the night)

The property was in an excellent location .it was clean and comfortable . It had cooking facilities but they were very basic . A few shops near by for buying essentials

The air con was very poor so I had to keep the window open which made the room very noisy
