very nice and bright, the space is very spacious and cozy! it really felt like a home, the internet is very good, me and my partner can both work from there on video calls. There are also lots of nice cafes and restaurants around, very lovely neighbourhood!

The only one thing was luggage storage, there’s no luggage storage in the building. we needed to pay extra to an app called Bounce to find a storage, most of the storage locations don’t open on weekends and late nights. So it was a bit of walk if you have large suitcases. Although it’s very cheap, it would still be nice if it’s somewhere inside the building and it’s for free.

Sonders exceeded expectations with its prime location near bustling bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and stations. The tastefully decorated, insulated space featured two clean, modern bathrooms. Thoughtful amenities and attention to detail made for a comfortable and memorable stay. Highly recommended for a delightful retreat.

The interaction on the phone with an uninformed and rude staff member who said was speaking from Barcelona was disappointing. Additionally, the uncomfortable mattress in the main bedroom was a downside. Despite these issues, the prime location and other amenities still made it Great Value For Money.

The location is amazing, very near Tribunal and Bilbao station, near the central of Madrid. There are amazing cafes and restaurants lined up along the streets nearby as well as supermarkets to get your essentials. The space is super clean, and the room is incredibly nice, doesn't look like the photos they provided, honestly soso much nicer. Would definitely come back here to stay again!

It was tough to get used to not having the room cleaned daily, but being prepared for this helps a lot. As you can just get wipes to wipe down surfaces and get detergent to wash the bedsheets, dirty clothes etc,

Liked the quietness of the apartment and really loved the Malasaña area with all the quaint shops restaurants & cafes + nearby Metros We liked the feeling of security too at Sonder + liked the check--in.

While we were there we noticed 3 men + 1 woman in the downstairs apartment SMOKING cannabis and also vaping on the patio area outside their downstairs apartment. This was VERY unpleasant.... The ironing board should have had a felt pad or similar covering over the metal part, with an ironing board cover on top for best ironing results.... Could have done with a few more wooden clothes hangers. Ideal would have been 10 for each person. A little more storage for clothes would have been better and not having the hoover + ironing board in the same space as clothes. The drainage area in bathroom wet room needs repaired - loose tiles... A few missing light bulbs.... TV was mainly audio / radio stations Poor limited selection of channels...

The apartments we stayed were perfect. The location in Malasaña was what we expected.

Sonder or Booking.com missed one of my reservations (I had two different reservations) for different days. When Sonder realized the mistake, they were not able to honor the second reservation and I had to stay in a smaller apartment. Nice, but with one bathroom, instead of two, which was my booking and then I had to change between apartments. Sonder offered to stay in a different location, which I refused since I wanted to be in Malasaña as I booked. The people in Sonder were helpful but still a problem at their side (or booking.com) affected us.

Nicely furnished, clean, good location

The smoking is not allowed in the open air backyard. I think that’s unreasonable, and one of the reasons to book this apartment was possibility to smoke in the backyard

The location was perfect. The room we stayed was spacious and clean, while the fact that it had two bathrooms was very convenient. In addition, we were on the 4th floor, so the room was very bright.

The couch was not very comfortable when used as a bed. In addition, there could be some sort of instructions for the appliances in the kitchen, however, the operating company was always on reach to help. It should be noted, that the whole process of checking in/out or for managing your reservation is done electronically and via applications. Therefore, it is tailor made for tech-savvy people. While this worked fine with me, it might not be the case for other travelers.

- Spacious twobedroom apartment with kitchen and two bathrooms. - Clean. - Excellent location near sights, restaurants and shops in lovely neighbourhood and close to metro stations.

- Washer- dryer needed a lot of time for a complete cycle and was quite noisy. - There were a lot of meal delivery persoons waiting in front of the building, because of the neighbouring restaurant.

Beautiful apartment ideally located in the Malasaña neighbourhood known for cute cafes, good restaurants, vintage clothes boutiques and the best spot in the city to find cool sneakers. Metro station and several grocery stores nearby. 10 minutes walk to Gran Via and about 25 minutes walk to the Prado and Reina Sofia Museums. Overall the place was very clean, quite, cozy and spacious, with a big comfortable bed; kitchen and bathroom perfectly equipped for a long stay. We felt like home the whole time!

The apartments are nice, comfortable and well equipped. The (virtual) staff is doing its best to be nice and helpful through the app. the location is great.

1. the overall quality of the equipment is very medium so too many things are not working properly. the doors don’t close properly (we’ve had 3 rooms for our family so these problems were across all of them), the shutters are not working well and more and more. 2. pillow are not great. I asked for a different kind and hit one more if the same. 3. no cleaning (I think we could have asked for… not sure about this) and therefore not enough toilet passer. 4. the check in experience is the worst thing I’ve ever experienced. They force you to create an account on their web site and go through a process of automated check in and the process just fails. and you get 20 emails warning you that you will not get the key if you don’t complete the process even though you completed it already.
