One Shot Luchana 22

My first time to Madrid, went with my wife and son. I found the location very good for us, a thirty minute walk to Centro, probably less if not looking in shop windows and 40 degree heat wave at the time. There were metro bus, and train station within 100 meters of the hotels front door. Madrid has a very good public transport system. Buses have great information displays making it easy. Subway very easy to navigate. The hotel- cool-relaxing-good simple foods at reasonable prices. The opportunity to walk N.S.E.W. From the location and find new restaurants, tapas bars and boutique shopping gave us a great holiday experience.

Leaving, only joking because we went from there to catch up with my family holidays in Majorca. It would have been perfect if tea and coffee facilities were in the room. Not sure if that’s the Spanish way though.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in Madrid, and I must say, it was a great experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service. The hotel's location was perfect, situated in the heart of Madrid with easy access to all the city's major attractions with a metro line just next to the hotel! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were of the highest quality, ensuring a peaceful and restful night's sleep. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect in every way. From the front desk staff to the housekeeping team, everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making my stay memorable. In summary, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in Madrid. With its prime location, exceptional amenities, and unparalleled service, it truly deserves a 10-star rating!

Nothing that I can think of and I didn't notice anything that I didn't like.

The location of the hotel is great, it's close to the metro, and it's easy to take public transport, or just go by feet to some touristic attractions, or other neighborhoods. The room is big, and the bed comfy. The staff is super friendly, and they are always helpful.

The bathroom cleanness could be a bit better, the shower was not working properly either.

The hotel design is very pleasant (colors, ambiance, style). The check-in staff was very polite. The location was exactly what I wanted and although I did not have a drink in the bar, it was very attractive. I didn't have breakfast there, but I imagine it would have been very nice. I thought the location might have been noisy but it was not noisy at all.

I was surprised that there was nothing in the mini-bar, no water, no juice, no beer. I would have liked at least some water even if I had to pay for it (no complimentary bottle, for example). Also, there was no basket in the room to throw away your trash, so the only place was in the bathroom trash. Finally, the bath gel/shampoo dispenser was empty. This was not a huge problem because I always bring some soap with me as a precaution, but I felt this was a big lapse on the part of Housekeeping. I informed the Front Desk of this on Check-Out, and they were very polite and apologetic.

Great location next to metro station and places to eat/drink. Breakfast was good and all the staff were very helpful, polite and friendly.

For a modern hotel it was disappointing that the rooms didn’t have IT charging sockets. Breakfast was good but the limited choice every day was disappointing too.

The location was great. The entry for the Metro is just in front of the hotel. And if you do nit like to take the Metro, the city center is 15 minutes by foot. The big bathroom was also great.

The walls in the staircase needs to be renovated. And I kind of missed the lock on the hotel room’s door.

great location for my purposes - centre of Madrid but not in the tourist centre. lovely building the redesign of this old building uses the awkward footprint of a traditional old Madrid apartment block well, without having destroyed its charm.

facilities weee limited due to Covid 19. signage was poor, but this is typical of Madrid! I prefer to have a physical lock on the inside of my door for security. there were no instructions (that I could find) for how to reset the safe combination, but it was pretty intuitive, so not a problem.

The hotel is amazing, the building itself is already so beautiful. Rooms are bigger than I thought, especially the bathroom. Never showered in the shower more comfy! Also it’s located in the perfect area for me, close to many shops but also very nice restaurants. Easier excess to the subway isn’t possible, literally 1 step away from the entrance. 10/10 recommend!

The staff are so friendly. I arrived so early from my flight and I was given a different room so I could rest as I was feeling jet lagged. It really helped and the next day all my things got moved to a lovely room which I loved. The room is spacious and the bathrooms are great! Everything is clean. I also want to point out that the staff are amazing! Each one of them is so lovely. Thank you to David who was always there to help out with all my needs. Superb staff! :) The location of the hotel is perfect.

The fridge didn’t work very well but the rest is great!

Comfy bed, aircon, great location especially if you want to enjoy Madrid whilst getting out of the most touristic streets, great value for money!

Not much, coffee/tea station in the bedroom could be added but all in all a great place to stay.
