Communication was prompt and professional. Reydel, Daniela and Javi at the reception desk were extremely helpful and polite. They gave us some recommendations for good restaurants and bakery for birthday cakes. The apt/bathroom/kitchen were clean and the beds were comfortable. The rooftop has an incredible view. Luggage storage was available after check out, which was so convenient, but glad there was no need for us to use this service. The location was perfect!!! The building is located right at the center of gran via. I highly recommend this apartment!

It was a huge apartment and the facilities were very nice. The front desk staff was friendly and most spoke English. It's a great location, close to Metro, restaurants, and lots of shopping.

Some instructions on how to use the washer/dryer would have been helpful because it took me forever to figure out how to use it with much trial and error. The dryer function is pretty much useless so I was very thankful for the heated racks in the bathrooms. Also it was odd to have no duvets on the beds. It's very noisy in the living room from the noise from the street.

Everything was perfect, you could just stay at the hotel and have the perfect vacation, the rooftop bar, pool and gym, everything you might need was just right there, and around the corner you even have a 24H open supermarket. The apartment itself was very cozy and comfortable, we enjoyed it a lot.

The 300€ "surprise" deposit. We couldn't really understand the need for it, most places just take your card info to pay for any further expenses or damage to the property, 300€ upfront (that later get returned) is a considerable chunk of money that, ultimately, made us consider a bit more our expenses during our vacation. The property should be more upfront about this deposit because it is buried into a ton of conditions and most, if not all the people checking in, get surprised by this, in my opinion, unnecessary deposit. Just taking the card information should be the way to go, that's literally the only thing I'd change, loved everything else.

Great location, spacious room and well equipped with everything you need. Kitchenette, washing machines for clothes and dishes, cleaning supplies..etc. Wonderful and helpful staff. if you need cleaning services you pay 20 euros which is fair. the location is the best, everything is very close; restaurants,shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, metro stations, cafes…etc 

The water pressure in the bathroom was a real problem for me, it was weak on the 10th floor. I wish they had more space for the entrance, bcz it gets very crowded sometimes at the check out/check in hours.

I stayed here for a music festival and booked well in advance. The facilities and apartments were wonderful - spotless, extremely well equipped with cooking facilities, toiletries and plenty of towels. All the staff in the hotel were wonderful but what made it unbeatable was the rooftop area. Wonderful bar and pool area to relax and soak up the sun with amazing views of the city. They also provide you with an additional towel for sunbathing. The barman was extremely entertaining and made us feel at home. Super convenient Carrefour next door too.

My only regret is only staying for four nights. I have stayed in plenty of different hotels, apartments, hostels, B&Bs etc but I really can't pick a flaw with this accommodation, they are hitting the mark in everything.

The location is sensational (everything is 5-10 minutes walk away, e.g. Grand Teatro is closer by feet) than by underground). Gran Via is just there, with its large traffic and strolling people, but the appartments have good sound isolation, so we slept well. The receptionist on the check-out organized a mini-van for 6 people to Madrid Barajas airport, that costed us less than 40 EUR, which is an extremely good price.

Since there is no own kitchen or restaurant, the breakfast is like a cold lunch packet on an air flight. The quality of the breakfast itself is appropriate (good cheese selection), but do not expect English or continental breakfast (e.g. any kind of eggs) as in a hotel restaurant. It is better to find desayuno on Gran Via or in the neighbouring streets. If you are not a family, but a party of couples then use the number of bathrooms as a guideline on how many couples should stay in the appartment.

Stayed there twice when I arrived to Madrid the apartment was excellent, spacious and clean. I stayed again there upon my return from traveling from northern Spain the room the room they gave me was not as clean. The staff was very friendly and the parking next to apartment is great

The second time we came it was not the same from the first. No bed cover except 1 sheet and it gets cold at night. Also sofa bed only with the sheet to cover and 1 sheet to cover yourself. Also that smell in the bathroom. The wall had markings on it, the bathroom had a smell that came across not sure from where even when we arrived from the outside. The bathroom shower needed some fixing up. But for a few days before we went home it was ok.

Very nice apartment and very good location. the staff was super nice and available 24-7. I would definetly recommend this place if you want to visit Madrid.

We were a little disappointed that the pool was not open even though it was 25 degress outside. Consider opening it 1st of april. We had very few glasses and cutlery in the appartment - consider buying more so that each appartment have for double the persons staying because then it is possible to fill the dishwasher.

The apartment was excellent but without the view has shown on the pictures. Nobody told us at the reception about the smart parking accessible directly by elevator from the hotel (26 €/d) but advised us to the go to the public parking very closed but for 34 €/d The 300 € deposit especially to avoid people to smoke in the room but people throwing their ashes or cigarettes from upper floors on our balcony
