Negresco Gran Via

This hotel is absolutely worth to stay if you want to go to Madrid! The staff is very nice , they were so kind with us. Everyday a clean room and the hotel is situated in a street next to Gran Via so everything is close! No loud noises from outside , we slept very good during the night. We had no breakfast but there are a lot of bars where you can get a cheap Spanish breakfast. I would recommend this hotel!

The room was in excellent conditions. Beds and linen were perfect, professional high quality. Beds were super comfortable, just the right firmness. Linens sparkling white, clean. The hotel is in the hwart of city center. Everything- shopping, malls, activities was on walkable distance. We walked to Plaza Mayor, the royal palace, dining and bus to our activity.

The bathroom was lil crammed up but squeaky clean. Very minor issue compared to all other comforts.

The facilities were good, room fully equiped, and staff was super friendly. The hotel was in a super central location, close to everything, but still had no noise issues coming from the outside.

The room wasn't very soundproof, so I could hear everything going on in the other rooms. The hardwood floor in the hallway made it a bit harder to sleep when other guests where walking by later during the night.

The location is great! So many places nearby, at least 4 subways within 5-10 minute walking distance and a flamenco theatre right opposite. The facilities are great, staff are very kind and helpful.

The WiFi sometimes had issues but it wasn't too bad. Also, the walls are a little thin so I could hear people in the next room when they were being a bit loud.

Everything is perfect! It is in the very center of Madrid but it is not noisy and you can have a good rest at night! I would highly recommend it!

In my room the window was to the inner yard, which means just the wall opposite you. But it doesn’t matter if the window is not of the first importance.

1- Its situated in the city center of Madrid, having every place near to your stay. 2- Everyday they clean your room whenever you want to. 3- The receptionists are so kind, friendly and so helpful. 4- The room decoration is so up to date in a very nice way. 5- The have a coffee serving machine in the reception, and its free.

Starting with its main selling point: the location was just incredible. Right in the middle of Cibeles, Plaza Mayor and Royal Palace (a 5-minute walk to each). Nearby is where you can feel how life is going on in Madrid. Despite all this, the room was really silent and there was no noise for us. The beds were really super comfortable. Really nice and friendly staff both before and during our stay in the hotel.

Location was the best, near gran via and 2 metro stations

I loved the location of it, obviously! everything is very close. also it’s nice to have your towels changed daily. staff is very friendly and helpful. also complementary water and coffee in lobby. nice big room, looks good.

Our favourite hotel in Madrid. We have stayed several times before but not for some years. The hotel has been upgraded and is very comfortable in an excellent location with friendly helpful staff. The only problem was that the shower drain did not empty well and nd needs unblocking. We shall definitely stay again.
