Regente Hotel

My recent stay at Regente Hotel exceeded all expectations, providing an exceptional level of comfort, convenience, and value. From the moment I arrived until the day of departure, every aspect of my experience was outstanding. First and foremost, the comfort of the hotel was remarkable. The room was cozy, inviting, and thoughtfully designed, creating a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a long day of exploring. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the amenities provided in the room were of high quality, further enhancing the overall comfort of the stay. The hotel's location was a true highlight. It was conveniently situated in a prime area, offering easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and entertainment options. The central location made it a breeze to explore the city, and I appreciated the proximity to everything I wanted to visit. Whether it was cultural landmarks, shopping districts, or dining establishments, everything was within close reach, saving valuable time and effort.

The location of the hotel was perfect, it’s can’t be more satisfying, it’s near everything in middle of granvia street main shopping street in Madrid, near to bus and metro stations, stuff is very friendly especially the 2 Arab guys, as not all stuff speaks English, so they can always help

I didn’t like that there’s no early check-in , so we stayed in street for more then 4 hours, so if you have early plane, you should search for other option

The hotel was spotless and in a fantastic location. At first we received a room that was outside the lift on the fith floor. we requested a room change as it our room was a bit noisy. The staff was very accommodating and changed the room immediately. we received a newly refurbished room on the fourth which was lovely and not close to the lift area. everyday we received clean towels and our room was left tidy. The room had a mini fridge and safe which was very handy. We opted for the breakfast option which ran from 7:30-11:30. every day there was significant pastries, fruit, yogurt, juice, cereal, hot and cold food.

honestly their wasn’t anything we did not like about the hotel. The first room we received on the fith floor was close to the lift and quite small, so we were delighted with the newly refurbished room on the fourth floor.

Location: excellent, IN city center. Room, beds, cleaning, no issues . All has been OK. Recommended for a city travel (with family, kids)

I would consider it overpriced , even for city center Madrid, since apart from the great location, nothing else is being “offered”. For that price, room could be considered small while the hotel does not have any shared / lobby zones to relax and enjoy any comfy hotel atmosphere. @Booking team: Please improve and specify while booking, which floor is the room provided for each price! There is a huge difference between no view 3rd floor , seeing indoor and 8th floor or higher outside view!

We have just returned to Ireland following a lovely three-night stay at El Regente. This is a beautiful hotel with excellent staff. The facilities are spotlessly clean and comfortable. Not being familiar with the city of Madrid I was apprehensive about booking, however, this hotel is ideally located just a few short steps from Gran Via. The area is a little noisy at night, however, this did not deter our enjoyment of the hotel and all that Madrid has to offer. We will definitely be recommending El Regente to friends.

I would have liked a little more choice at breakfast and perhaps a facility to have an early breakfast on departure day, we left for the airport at 7.30, just as breakfast was starting. Not a criticism, just a suggestion.

The room was small (likely similar to all hotels in the area) but had everything we needed, even with our 2-year-old girl in a crib. The layout was well-organized and exceptionally clean. The location is unbeatable, situated right on Gran Via, close to all the best shops and restaurants.

The bed was really hard, and the pillows were very uncomfortable. There was no toilet brush in the bathroom, and the breakfast could use some improvement.

Could not get a better location. Just 30 meters off Grand Via, perfect for all attractions, shopping, dining, areas etc. Modern room. with lovely balconies, spotless clean and well appointed, great shower. Although on a busy street, room was quite once doors were closed. No issue with early check-in, very accommodating.

Bed and pillows were a little uncomfortable, memory foam mattress and hard pillows. Also, although bathroom was great with balcony etc, very tight space to fit through when entering it. But I just being picky here.

Great location, good shower, comfortable beds and linens, and decent breakfast.

Large groups of noisy kids up yelling in the hallways much of the night. I know the hotel has to accept these school groups, but there could be some rules about noise and maybe a curfew for the hallways. Also having to pay extra to use the gym was unnecessary and felt cheap, given how much we paid to stay there. Staff were barely polite, and certainly not friendly.

Very good. It would be more convenient if there was a small desk in the room, but anyway... The bed was very comfortable, excellent! The location of the hotel is convenient. We used metro and 5 minutes walking to arrive from the airport.

Noisy in the corridors, especially in the morning! Water and refreshments to buy in the fridge Interesting if there were maps or traveller's information about Madrid, especially for the metro, or about when the sell of alcohol is prohibited

The location is perfect if you want to be in the center of the city. The room is a little bit small for my taste but very clean and comfortable. The beds are comfortable and soft.

I don't like the fact the room is a little bit small, and the A/C does not work as expected. We also, experience three hours blackout because of the rain.
