Friendly staff on the reception and in the restaurant, hotel has very good location and own small beach. Will come again for sure. Have own garage for parking the car.

Originally we wanted beach front so we could enjoy the view and we certainly did so but with the table and lounge chair on the balcony we also enjoyed the sun without the sand!

The staff (Silvi and John) were wonderfully helpful and friendly -- arranging for a rental car at a good price, providing extra assistance in extending my stay, and more. They are both first-class. The rest of the staff are also attentive and reliable. The location on the beach is very pleasant. The breakfast is excellent.

Dinner at the hotel restaurant is somewhat more expensive than other, equally good or better places down the road to the right. Ask the staff.

This is our favourite hotel in Albania. It is located at the end of the promenade in Durres, but not far from the city centre. We had the suite with the large terrace, overlooking the private beach and the sea. It is like a second home to us. The fish and seafood restaurant is extraordinary. Always very fresh ingredients. Try the seafood crudo! But most of all, what makes this hotel so great is the lovely and service-minded staff. Special thanks to Islam (in the reception) and Bleri (in the restaurant) for their supreme service every time!

Nice healthy Mediterranean breakfast with good coffee and tea served by the excellent front desk executive Sylvi. Additionally, all the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was big, with a lot of space and the hotel was very well located, with walking distances to most of the turist places. And even if there was a party place nearby, the music was over by 11 pm.

The aircondition was not strong enough for the room, and it turned off every time we went out, so it could get very warm inside.

Fantastic hotel right on the beach and close to city center. Extremely clean, very tasty breakfast, safety parking in garage, helpful staff. I absolutely recommend.

Nice hotel right at the small beach, with a nice staff. Close to the promenade and all the nice restaurants on the corniche, which we enjoyed. Very nice breakfast. Good option with the parking garage n the hotel, as parking is near impossible in the area, and risk of damage to car is very present. The traffic in durres is awful.

We ate in the restaurant belonging to the hotel next door, which serves excellent food, first night was very fine with nice servers. However, second night was not so comfortable due to a pushy waiter, pressuring us to order more expensive food, even though we did not have a big appetite, and afterwards pushing us for service tips . Not a nice experience. But there are lots of nice restaurants close to the hotel at the corniche, so you can choose to go there instead to avoid this.

Location -straight at the beach. Huge balcony with seaview. Nice restaurants in walking distance.

Staff was not necessarily friendly despite not being over-busy. Hotel was maximal 30% occupied, but they did not allow a room change.
