nice hotel, room comfortable, everything very clean. our small dog was welcomed. nice view from the window. the hotel is very close to the beach. parking in the hotel parking. very kind and helpful breakfast manager (the missing food on request he added quickly).

our minuses does not about the hotel, but it greatly affected our stay - many construction around (noise and dust), but it's not that bad. Worst is horrible dirt on streets. Sometimes it's an unbelievably awful mess. Also arround the monuments that the country wants to register in UNESCO, like amphitheater. The only exception is the main square, that is clean. And the biggest disappointment was the beach. It is unusable for beaching. photo attached. We have to mention that a bit further from the hotel you can find slightly better places, but we didn't go into the water after what we have seen..

The sea view was amazing. Room with air conditioning and all the basic things you may need. The Hotel was very well located. Many restaurants and nice beaches at a walking distance. Beautiful sunset from the beach. City center is also very close. 10 minutes walk to the amphitheater

I don't have much negative feedback... breakfast was normal, but cold improve with more variety. TV was not working properly, no channels.

Everyone in the staff of the hotel was super nice. We were very well welcomed when we first checked in. It was the same thing during the whole stay, no matter if it was a new person we encountered at the reception or in the hotel, everyone was friendly and was going above and beyond for us. On top of that the room was beautiful and the view was perfect.

The room was too big for the air conditioning unit to cope with and the mini bar fridge was not very cold. NOTHING TO DO WITH THE HOTEL, but we got food poisoning eating in the restaurants on the seafront. Highly recommend eating in the hotel!

Situated across the street in front the walking promenade, walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops. Seaview room, very clean and comfortable. Secured parking at no additional cost. Exceptional breakfast buffet. Friendly welcoming staff.

Very helpful staff, clean, good breakfast, nice and spacious rooms and beautiful view over the bay! The man in the reception working in the evenings spoke very good english and was extremely helpful to us, which was much appeciated! Definitely recommend this place if you visit Dürres!

The staff was exceptional, hotel is with unobstructed view of the sea, the restaurant was great. I recommend the 4 cheese ravioli with nuts and the spicy octopus. Breakfast was excellent.

Durres wasn't very dog friendly but the hotel was wonderful.

Our room was upgraded and it was beautiful: seafront view with a large balcony, sitting area, and a large bathroom. Staff were helpful and friendly. Good location at the port area of the city. Pedestrian waterfront walkway and many choices for dining or relaxing.

Location right on the seafront, lots of dining and a nice area to walk in the evening. Parking in a private guarded car park. The choice of breakfast was great and the food was delicious. Staff friendly and helpful. Beautiful large hotel, rooms clean and balcony with enchanting view. Wi-fi also very good.

The water pressure was very low, especially the cold water.

The position is great, in front of the sea. The room was big. Breakfast was good.

The air conditioning in our room was permanently on and it couldn't be adjusted or turned off. We had to sleep with the blankets.
