The hotel was great and well located. The Reception Staff were there for any request, including an extra table I needed. I loved the Breakfast and when dinning, where the staff were always great. My room was excellent.

Maybe the breakfast could improve. Except for that, my staying was indeed superb. I want to return as soon as possible... and hopefully the build site right if front of me would be over.

The front desk personnel and the ones at the bar were very friendly and efficient. Kudos for them.

Need to fix water leak from the shower in the bathroom. The desk at the room was very unstable. Need to replace. Room 513, just besides the gym.

Breakfast it was a good variety and they were fast to replace when something run out. The pool though small had the perfect temperature. The room was really clean and had a decent size.

We had dinner once, they menu was short and I didn't enjoy mine in particular, I ordered the "milanesa de cerdo" with "pure mixto" the former tasted funny, It didn't taste like pig, but the later was great though. The wife speed and quality was ok-ish if you need to perform or work from the room you will have problems doing so.

The best of all was the customer service of all shifts, they were all friendly and accommodating.

The bugs flying around the food at breakfast time, the glass ceiling above the pool is unacceptable & the entrance glass ceiling lack of maintenance/cleaning.

The staff was very kind and super helpful. Room was clean and beds were comfortable, the bathroom was OK.

Helpful and friendly staff, they gave us a bigger and quieter room for our 2nd stay, good air conditioning in rooms. Invigorating showers. Breakfast is quite good for Argentina, more than just a coffee and croissant, but includes a variety of fruit and bread to toast, regularly replenished by the attentive restaurant staff. Excellent location for this side of the City and Province of Buenos Aires (but far from the city centre if that is your main interest). We enjoyed our stay because we love Argentina and Buenos Aires but more comfortable options exist.

The owners of the hotel should invest in modernising the facilities in rooms, public areas and the elevators. Everything worked but it was like being back in the 1980s. We will be back though, for our next visit to BA!

Wifi simply doesn’t work as expected. Poor and intermittent connection. One would expect more from a branded hotel
