Very comfortable room and bed and excellent air conditioning. Friendly and helpful staff at reception. Great location. Excellent coffee for breakfast where you could help yourself and not have to wait to be served (as in other places where we stayed). Good choice of edibles for breakfast.

Bidet design is poor with water sprouting form the base instead of from the end. Therefore, potential risk of infection for women. As a result, my wife did not use it. However, this design seems to be prevalent in all of Argentina (all the 8 places where we stayed during our 24-day trip). Also, shower door did not close fully and so a lot of water went onto the floor outside the enclosure. You could not put a towel just outside because the door was very low on the floor and would not pass over a towel. Finally, an electric plug next to the bed would have been useful to recharge phones, computers, etc.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise, the staff was friendly and the breakfast options were great. The location was great to the Boat Ferry, Florida Street and public transportation.

The "suite" is really a large but very comfortable room. The hotel has a Bond Street London feel to it: small,cozy no hustle and bustle. Lots of wood and well decorated throughout without being frilly. The staff are pleasant and very helpful when asked and the location is fine if not charming but there is always a taxi easily obtainable. Galleria Pacifica is a very short walk away as is Florida which is finding it's footing again.

What I liked the most about the hotel was the truly GREAT staff they have. From the check-in personal to the restaurant team, from housekeeping to maintenance. Everyone was super kind and helpful. Kudos to all of you! And thank you so much for making me feel at home!

This hotel is extremely well located in the Retiro neighborhood. Additionally, their staff was extremely helpful. During the stay I had several issues not related to the hotel (Credit Card not working, stolen cell phone, inability to get an Uber). Each time the front desk was extremely helpful even while helping other guests.

The bathroom was very roomy but the toilet was placed right against the shower wall. It was so close I had to sit sideways because there was no room for one of my legs in the usual position.

Great location, close to the commercial street and lovely Galerias Pacifico, walk to restaurants and bars, and even to Puerto Madero. Comfortable bed and plenty of storage. Staff was friendly, specially the doormen. Breakfast had many sweet options.

Shower had bizarre disposition and promoted water waste, unfrequent towel changes, breakfast needed more protein options.

Expensive taxis when booking through reception ( double the cost of flagging one down to the port)

Nice hotel in central location. The breakfast was great and the staff at breakfast were super friendly! Fantastic beds and everything in walking distance. Highly recommended!

Parts of the room was rather worn and could need some renovation. The shower was rather worn and not so easy to handle.

Friendly helpful staff, anything we asked help with was sorted out. If the staff member did not speak English they found a member of staff with fluent English. Central location with easy access to amenities and taxis available at the door. I would recommend this hotel and would use it again.

Very, very helpful staff, exceptional. Friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely decor, great rooms, very comfortable. Great shower and bidet too. Relatively quiet given central location. 10 mins walk from 'everything'? Very clean. Would always stay here I think.
