The hotel is excellent and very well located. This is an excellent choice to visit Buenos aires. The room was wide, clean and well equipped. The location is excellent. The breakfast is good and variated. Those are things it has in common with other 4.5-5 start hotels. There is however a plus in this hotel that should be highlighted: The staff service. I felt that every employed in the Hotel, either in the reception, parking, Gym, Pool, restaurant, etc do their best to make you feel confortable. I will comeback, no doubt about that !

The food offered in the lobby (within the boxes) sometimes was good sometime no so good. That could be something to be improved in the future. However there were other options in the Hotel.

I stayed twice at this hotel, and based on my experience, the first time was better than the second.

The beautifully designed lobby was not available to sit and relax all the time because of the lack of available sits.

The lobby is the main attraction of this hotel; beautifully designed, spacious, very comfortable, and usually crowded, and most of the time, there are no available spaces to sit and relax with your family. This is the only downside if you plan to settle and relax in this hotel lobby.

I received an upgrade because of the noisy lower-level rooms I was assigned with my family. The staff moved us to the executive rooms to realize it was another noisy room because the next family staying at the hotel. My request was only for a quiet room, without the importance of executive levels. The room was comfortable and trim than the previously assigned.

Excellent location in safe Puerto Madero, lots of restaurants and bars close by. Very nice entrance, separate car lanes to avoid hassle with luggage. Superb high-ceiling lobby with a nice bar. Friendly and helpful staff (lots of them to provide premium service). Good breakfast. Very comfortable bed, good water pressure in shower (not always guaranteed in Bs As). Our special requests (traveling with a baby) were taken very well into account.

Room was big enough, yet started to show some wear and tear. For the price would expect a bit higher standards, though seemed like some renovation was already ongoing in parts of the hotel. Not a big fan of the room's full floor carpeting, though no issues with our allergies. Also, not a big fan of the policy to make a reservation charge surpassing the upcoming actual payment upon arrival, which may take a while to disappear from the credit card.

Execelnt location. Puerto Madero is a region full of restaurants and very pleasant. Room was very spacious and confortable. Fitness is great but sauna was too cold. Hotel is an excellent choice for Buenos Aires stays

Sauna was cold. Need another running tapes. Fitness was very good. Nothing to dislike really Must go now as Buenos Aires is very cheap.

loved the comfort of the entire hotel. breakfast was great. beds and rooms were very comfortable. would definitely stay here again

It was a great location for walking around with shops nearby for food. It was clean and felt very safe. There is a small pharmacy nearby for incidentals. The lobby has a cafe for grab and go snacks and beverages that is very convenient.

I wish the pool water temperature was cooler. It was very warm outside and the pool is small so the water was basically air temperature and not refreshing. Also, the room service was laughably expensive for how below average the food was.

Best feature is its location, walking distance to almost every touristic attraction in the city. Plus Puerto Madero is a beautiful and safe neighborhood. Impressive lobby; pool and executive lounge are nice, and got great views, buffet breakfast has assorted choices, and staff is really friendly and helpful.

Rooms are clean and comfy, but a bit run down for a 5 stars Hilton Hotel. Check in and out were super slow.

Great customer service, Guido the bellboy was extremely nice and kind. Alex at the front desk was also very nice. The concierges were amazing helping us getting reservations.

Breakfast buffet was not as exceptional in its offer but actually expensive for what it includes.

Property was immaculate and well situated. Lots of dining options close . Access to Executive Lounge made the stay more enjoyable . Staff were unobtrusive but efficient. A minor issue was looked after without fuss.
