The location was good and the host on the front desk (English man) was extremely polite and helpful He was a delight!

There was a gym advertised but it was not functioning so I could not use it as planned

The historic building is gorgeous on the outside, and the work to remodel it was done extremely well, preserving moldings and other beautiful features, and turning the building into a very modern, greatly designed hotel, that provides you a subtly luxurious experience.

The city area where the hotel is located is extremely noisy, even at night. More could have been done to soundproof the rooms.

The Breakfast was Superb! So many beautiful choices!

Some serving personnel could have a bit better command of the English language! With the variety of nationalities coming thru your beautiful hotel, a better knowledge of English would be appropriate. We only stayed in for dinner once, it your dinner menu. Ould use a bit of tweaking, a couple more options perhaps.

Very good breakfast was included in our room price. The staff was very friendly and did everything they could to accommodate our special needs and wishes. The location is very good near the micro centre of Buenos Aires and its attractions.

When we were visiting the hotel there was some construction going on outside of the hotel. Obviously this was not the hotel's fault but maybe a room towards the back would have been better. As we stayed only one day this was not a big deal though.

We loved everything! Staff was super attentive & even asked before our arrival all our preferences. Our room was perfect, huge double bed, spotlessly clean, all comfortable, beautiful. Breakfast is not often seen in Argentina, it was almost like a Scandinacian breakfast! Incredible variety & my gluten free diet was complitely taken into account.

The price 😂 But honestly it was worth every penny 💁🏼‍♀️

Breakfast was very good specially sparking vine and capuccino, room and beds were comfortable, very friendly staff, who gave us good advices, ice cold water and sweets in reception

Not so much place to keep our clothes in the wardrobe, assortiment of hot food at breakfast could be better

The property has gone refurbishment and its all brand new and lovely. Some areas, like the terrace wasn’t yet open when I visited so I plan to return and update this review at another time. The hotel staff was friendly, breakfast had a good variation of the continental style. Rooms have their coffee capsule machine with some options (this is normal in international hotels but in Argentina in general not so much)

most of the rooms have window to the inner yard which has a huge noisy van. room is also very dark.

Only issue AC wasn't working as they start it only around October, but they did switch my room to one with better airflow

Great service, the staff was great, the breakfast was very good, a lot of variety with local and international flavors. The hotel was under renovation and did not notice.

All was good, nothing was bad.
