The restaurant staff were amazing. The setting is simply amazing, a real destination. Immerse yourself in the jungle, get away from it and take some time out. The main atrium is utterly beautiful. And the room was spacious and luxurious with a bath on the balcony.

The reception staff need to be more friendly and accommodating; they need more training to help customers better. They mucked out late check out and taxi to the airport plus our messages prior to arrival were not responded to. The rooms could have had a better cleaning regime - they were clean on arrival - but you gradually noticed where an intensive clean was required. The pool could go with a good scrub.

The hotel doesnt charge the price thats reserved on Booking. They charged us 15000 pesos more (130 usd) and said that booking does not guarantee the price, only the reservation. (Also the tax 21% if you pay in cash which is fine but not included in the price at booking fyi). I found this really strange as ive used booking a lot before and never had this issue. The hotel is beautiful but the staff felt very disinterested and almost like you were bothering them when you had a question. The breakfast was good but also 9:55 they scream that the breakfast will be taken away shortly. I think its a shame that all these small things ruins the experiments in such a beautiful place.

The garden/plants, the raised walkways, the public areas are beautiful and inviting, the signs and art objects from the Juarani, the woodwork including lobby and furniture, the fireplace with a fire burning (winter plus a cold snap), good selection of breakfast items, the front desk will call their taxis for you (no Uber in Puerto Iguazú). AND…. We felt completely safe — safes in each room, good locks on all doors and windows. We were a bit concerned with older reviews about theft but I think they have really emphasized security in the years since those. I am so glad we didn’t get scared off and miss this gem. It made our experience so much nicer. It felt away from the hustle and bustle, but soooo easy to get to get a short trip to town for the restaurants and the Hummingbird Garden!

Maybe a binder in the lobby with potential outings? We would have loved walking around the Juarani neighborhood/village nearby with a Juarani guide, we only learned about that too late.

The hotel grounds were beautiful and the rooms were large and comfortable. We had a jacuzzi bath on the balcony looking out at the trees which was very nice. The rooms were clean and the showers were good with shampoo and conditioner dispensers. It was an easy place to relax. They have breakfast included and offer lunch or dinner if needed.

The pool was closed as it was the cool season but it was 28 degrees every day we were there so this was a disappointment for us as we had packed swimwear to enjoy the pool. It would also have been good to have a drinking water dispenser in the main area all day. Our only other issue (not the hotel's fault) was we had a noisy baby in the room next to us and the rooms weren't very sound proofed so we were woken up very early.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of the jungle. Great privacy between rooms and a constant view of greenery. Rooms: our room was very large, beds very comfortable. Air-conditioning worked well and there was also an overhead fan. Bathroom was large and water pressure or hot water were never an issue. Room was cleaned daily and towels changed. Restaurant: breakfast was very good with lots to choose from. We also had dinner there, and the food was excellent, well presented and reasonably priced. Facilities: the pool is lovely and has sun for most of the day. It has pool service too. Location: the main road is very accessible, so getting to and from the park and airport was easy. They also have a taxi service that works with them so getting a taxi at short notice was really easy and had clear pricing. Staff: incredibly friendly, polite and helpful throughout all of our stay. The staff working at the restaurant were very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. The staff at reception made us feel welcome at all times and even offered to keep our bags until our flight was due so that we could enjoy the pool after checkout. Highly recommend this hotel. It is visually beautiful and really worth a stay.

The only thing to pick on is that the pool area was not cleaned quickly enough after people finished eating, which meant that there were a lot of ants at times and cats looking for food. I think on one of the days they had an event and staff may have been a bit overwhelmed.

The location is great, staff are friendly and the facilities are excellent. Breakfast options were also great.

We were surprised to learn that the daily replenished bottles of water were payable, even though we did not ask for them, nor did anyone explain this to us at the check in. Also, we opted to pay for our stay in local currency, and though we are foreigners, this meant the hotel asked us to pay 21% VAT applicable to domestic tourists only, which seems an odd practice that we have only experienced at this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, situated in the jungle and decorated with unique wooden features. The cabanas feel very private, quiet and secluded, despite being a short walk from the main reception area. The swimming pool is big and a comfortable temperature. There are cats wandering around the hotel, which is a charming addition.

Resolving issues or seeking information at reception was slow at times. The restaurant is very limited for vegetarians - there are only a small number of options for vegetarians and some were not available during our stay.

Cozy and authentic location totally immersed in the forest. The lobby building is truly beautiful and the rooms are spacious and featured with all the amenities. The surrounding nature was really worth the stay. Service staff was attentive and available.

Hot water wasn’t really as hot as desirable during winter in some moments of the day. We couldn’t use the hot tub in the terrace for this reason. Breakfast was a bit poor compared the overall level of the hotel.

The place is breathtaking - so cool! You're staying in the rainforest! The pool is nice and you can hear all of the wildlife around you. It's a short taxi ride into the town, definitely worth staying here. The staff were super friendly and let us leave our bags after we'd checked out so we could go to the falls. They even helped us come up with a plan B when the Argentina side of the falls was closed (yes, this can happen!) Also the beds are absolutely huge and so comfortable.

It is mentioned in the description, but just to note that there's no WiFi outside of the main reception/communal areas.

Everything! It is a beautiful place in the forest, surrounded of plants and very well maintained. The restaurant and reception is beautiful, the food delicious and the rooms exceptional. The pool area is fantastic!

I don't have any criticism, everything was wonderful. I had a little issue with tax refund that I wasn't aware of. If you're argentinian traveling with a foreign passport you should have it with yourself to be able to claim the tax.
