The location is fantastic. A 5 minute walk gets you on the "strip" with all the restaurants. As for Iguazu falls, we stuck with the driver the hotel used to pick us up from the airport. His name is Ale, and if you get a chance to request him, do it. He is excellent. As for the room, it was very comfortable. Regarding amenities; the gym was surprisingly terrific, excellent space with plenty of good equipment. The rooftop bar/pool was really cool although since it was winter for us, we didn't really use it, but it's probably really fun in spring/summer. We did use the hot tub and dry sauna though and both were excellent.

The breakfast was not included, and while it was quite good in terms of selection, the scrambled eggs were not hot (two days in a row) for some reason. The hotel restaurant's dinner was also average.

This was the best hotel I had in Argentina. Spacious room and huge bathroom, all amenities were available, fridge and mini bar. Wifi was super fast and breakfast very rich and tasty. Pool facilities were great and the view from the roof top was amazing. I fully recommend to stay in this hotel.

Spa / Sauna area. 10 minutes of sauna and 20 minutes of bath tub were too short. No time to cooldown between them. They did not explain anything. There were lockers but our clothes were asked to be left outside next to the sauna door. There were also showers. Massages were good but a bit unprofessional, after the massage I was left to relax and my gf was sent to wake me up instead of the masseuse coming to tell me the time was over. She is there also to relax no to be her assistant.

Average breakfast. Good if you want to start your day early for hiking or whatever other plan you may have in Iguazú. We tried the spa after a long hiking day around the waterfalls. It was good. Didn´t have enough time to try a massage. It´s a block away from the main street with restaurants and bars. There is a TAXI joint at the right corner of the street where the hotel is.

The view from my window on a low floor wasn´t particularly nice. From other rooms, you can get to see the bridge that is being built between Paraguay and Brazil. Late check-in and early checkout. An early check-in is helpful if you are arriving on an early morning flight. Likewise, a late checkout is helpful if your flight is in the afternoon.

The location was excellent with stunning views going up the elevator. The room was very comfortable with a beautiful bathroom. The interior of the hotel is perfect.

Breakfast is quite difficult if only one person is serving. We love coffee but found it difficult to order (as only one waitress downstairs was busy serving diners) The staff did go out of their way to help us at the upstairs bar. The walls in the rooms are very thin and someone next door was talking loudly for an hour at 1 am at night. Maybe offer visitors earplugs?

My husband and I spent 4 nights. The hotel is new and modern. The staff were very friendly. When we checked in, the front desk informed us that the pool was not available due to structural issue. We were disappointed since it is hot and humid & we were looking forward to the pool. They compensated us with a free meal and we can use the pool at their partner hotel. It wasn’t convenient and we only went once. They provided the transportation for free. We enjoyed the spa and sauna & used the gym on our last day. We had a massage but it was not satisfying since the therapist was also the person working at the front dealing with customers that came in. They need more staff at the spa. The buffet breakfast was good. We enjoyed the view from our room and the rooftop. Love the sunsets. We had a 5 pm flight and they were very accommodating and let us stay later. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The pool was unavailable

Breakfast was good, just a little disappointing when couldn't find an available table on some mornings when the tour people took over the place. Pool was lovely for the time of year we visited, June 2023

The lift was disappointing as only took 4 people and was not consistent in that it didn't come down or up to pick you up, we had to wait for it to do its cycle. This was a long wait and couldn't use the stairs

Excellent location, around the corner of all the restaurants and bars. Modern hotel, with a pool and rooftop bar, a gym and a restaurant. Nice rooms, enough space. It takes appr. 30-45 minutes to get to the falls, by car. Staff is friendly and very helpful. We used hotels offer for a taxi from the airport, and ended up hiring the guy for 3 days. He drove us to the Brasilian side of the falls (also highly recommended) and then on to C.d.Este, Paraguay. Airport to hotel costed 3500 pesos.

First night we didn't have warm water. Second night we did. Shower is terrible though: rainshower only (hate those, always water all over you), and it is eather too hot or too cold.

I liked the premises.. the restaurant, the breakfast , the swimming pool and payment methods, the courtesy sauna and jacuzzi experience .

I disliked some of the people at recepcion .They were not polite enough with customers . I must say they speak English and Spanish, maybe portuguese , but they seemed reluctant to give directions or any other touristic information when required . The hotel should solve some leaking problems in common areas when it rains, something that happpens so frequently !!! It´s inconceivable that such a modern and beautiful building hasn´t found a solution to this problem yet !!!

Great rooms, spacious, fine design. The location is central in the town of Puerto Iguazú. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The panoramic views from the roof top are amazing.

The sauna and jacuzzi are somewhat inaccessible due to the fact that you have to schedule appointments for them. I would recommend to the management to make the access unrestricted. Currently they stay unused for a great deal of the time because people cannot plan well for their visits. All the while there are people who would like to use them but cannot due to lack of available appointments. The rooftop pool is rather small.
