The room!!!! The restaurant breakfast and steak dinners were fabulous too!

The hot tub is not hot - in fact it has no heat connected to it so they should NOT advertise it as such. It’s simply an extension of the freezing cold pool - boo. The response from the hotel is that they want to know where I saw it says "heated" in the hot tub description. My answer is the word "HOT" in "hot tub". If it is not hot, then they should not use the word HOT tub. They just have an unheated pool!

Friendly staff, we felt very welcome and looked after. There was a travel consultant who helped us with our plans for the falls who was brilliant. They organised taxis for us with great rates and a driver who took us to and from the falls and also on to Brazil. The lodge itself was excellent, huge bed, really comfortable and great surroundings. The food in the restaurant was top notch too.

Rooms were adjacent to the river between the Argentinian and Brazilian side. The room was beautiful and was a great mix of comfort in the middle of the jungle with great amenities. there was also a spacious terrace overlooking the river. the restaurant provided great food options and excellent breakfast. It was the middle of winter so a bit cold, but the pool would be a great place to hang out during the summer season.

The place isn't really near the main areas of the town, unless you have a car, but it's a great place to just get away from any noise. There was a bit of construction going on, but nothing affecting my stay significantly. It was a bit disappointing that they were building even more apartments between existing ones, which I think would just make the whole place eventually feel crowded and potentially noisy.

The location is amazing - away from the city but in walking distance from the bus terminal and restaurants. It is surrounded by nature, there is a lot of birds and we even saw a koati near our balcony! If you're lucky you may get a river view. Dedication of the staff is amazing. Everyone is attentive and welcoming. It feels that a lot of love and care had been put into everything.

First, categories of rooms and fotos are not very clear. I got Deluxe Junior Suite which is supposed to go with a view, but it is actually on the ground floor, so there is no view of the river because of the trees. Now, in return we were able to see a bit of wild animals so we are not complaining but it would be nice to know such things in advance. Second, there were no dental kit, no slippers and no bath robes. Ok, forget the bath robes but in a Delux Suite you kinda expect to be able to brush your teeth and not to walk barefoot on the ice-cold floor.

The room is great, and the pool and restaurant vibes are great. Most notably, all the staff is super friendly and helpful.

It was under construction a bit, but it wasn’t loud when we were around and didn’t bother us. It’s at least a 10-15 min walk to get anywhere, feels like uphill both ways especially when it’s super hot. But it’s hard to find something we didn’t like about this place.

Beautiful resort! We were treated to a refreshing welcome fruit beverage. Our room was large and tastefully decorated. Amenities included insect repellent. The balcony facing the river was a wonderful place to sit and marvel at the view. My husband enjoyed the same view from the bathtub, and I enjoyed the rain shower at the other end of the bathroom. Comfortable bed, ample storage. Variety of choices at the breakfast buffet overlooking the pool. We had a delicious dinner in the restaurant as well. About a 15-20 min walk to the center of town, but taxis are available for a reasonable set fee. Our room was a short hill walk from the dining/pool, but a cart took us and luggage when we arrived & departed.

Two nights was not a long enough stay. We didn't have time to enjoy the pool.

Top floor room with view of the Iguazú River, looking across to Brazil and Paraguay. Very comfortable bedding and good bathtub/shower. Abundant breakfast (included) with lots of sweet and savory options. Big swimming pool (not heated in winter but we took a swim anyways). Iguazú is generally warm in the winter months, in fact it might be more pleasant than summer. Hotel contracts with local drivers who were all very friendly in getting us to/from airport and national park. Relatively close walk to town for restaurants, money exchange (Austral), etc. Solid (not exceptional) dinner at the hotel restaurant, however it was cheaper than a meal in town at one of the fancier restaurants.

Unfortunately there was a sewage smell that would come out of our bathroom at nighttime - though that wasn't the case in our kids' room. The facility is undergoing a lot of renovations, including a new addition to the pool, which will be great when finished. Like many places in tourist traps like Iguazú the staff was amiable but not necessarily warm - understandable.

This hotel is in a beautiful location next to the river. Many rooms overlook it, and all rooms give you the feeling that you are in the jungle. The room we stayed in was elegant and modern. It had a nice balcony where we could watch the river, and the sunset, while enjoying our drinks. The restaurant offered a diverse menu of excellent food. The pool and surrounding area was clean and pleasant. There is also a game/exercise room which includes a pool and ping-pong table which was very accessible. We used and enjoyed both. The staff helped us with all our questions and travel needs. The downtown bus station was only a 10 minute walk. We used those buses to go to the Brazilian side of the falls one day and the Argentinian side on the other. We loved staying here and would definitely recommend it.

The only disappointment is that there was a lot of construction going on. It didn't interfere with our stay in any way (we were not disturbed by noise), but the area will be much prettier once it's all done.

Just amazing. Staff is really thoughtful and provides honest and great service. We might have been lucky with room (218) and had spectacular views from balcony. Pool is awesome and the whole resort setting was appreciated by whole family. Restaurant is great and prices upscale but affordable; we didn't mind walking to town any more ( also quite expensive as tourist area )

Nothing for now, but the property is doing construction and will expand significantly. Not everyone room will have first row views. We can only hope it will keep the intimacy and atmosphere it has now and not turn into the next average big hotel with crowded buffets etc.

Right on the river. We were upgraded to a beautiful modern room with a senstional balcony over the river. The loft rooms are a lttle oldish but I suspect they will be ugraded soon as there is a lot of work going on at the hotel. The location is good - you can walk into town within 10 minutes. The restaurant is nice and the staff are nice too. The falls are halfway between the airport and town. The town is really very nice and I recommend staying near town. I enjoyeds having a bar fridge and being able to male a cup of coffee or. tea in our room. I particularly likes our balcony.
