Alison kindly upgraded us from a street view room to a water view room. The attention to detail made in the design of this room was evident and impressive. Very spacious and comfortable room. Very comfy bed and lovely quality toiletries and tea/coffee making facilities. Great central location. I would not hesitate to recommend Bay Breeze to any of my friends and family ;)

The only downside to this room was the decorative barn door separating the sleeping area from the toilet. As it wasn't a solid door, there was no noise insulation when someone was visiting the toilet.

Our stay at Bay Breeze was our second, and we will only be staying here for our future trips to the Bay. The rooms are oustanding. beds are comfortable and atmosphere welcoming, and Alison is always on hand to make sure your stay is enjoyable with anything that you require.The location is within walking distance to clubs, restaurants, and the town centre. The views from the waterfront rooms are just amazing. A highlight of our stay was waking to a beautiful sunrise.

The location was on point perfect ,The place felt safe short distance to the harbour ,beach ,nice restaurants with great food .🙏🏻Parking was good . The host are excellent people they go beyond and above to make sure your stay is very comfortably . An added extra day for free was bonus thank you . I can’t fault this place was very clean . It was exceptionally great stay .we felt refreshed and rejuvenated.Will be back again

Excellent location (right on the water), the staff were great with us as we arrived after hours so they left the key in a good spot. They gave us an extra bed free of charge and the room was quiet even though it was close to the main road. They had a range of T2 products which we loved!

The bathroom was outdated but it worked well and the balcony was enclosed which I didn't care for.

The morning views and the proximity to amazing cafes is so great

Some of the popular rooms have an open bathroom concept which I personally didn’t like. They have other rooms as well with proper closed bathrooms but thats not mentioned during the booking. They are willing to move you or provide a microwave if you need it when you arrive and if it’s available

Location, location. Perfect! Views over the water, walk to coffee shops, restaurants, famous boat shed for fresh fish and chips! The apartment has every convenience for an enjoyable stay.

While the Penthouse has beautiful views, it also has multiple floor levels throughout the apartment.

We had amazing stay, the views from our bed and balcony were amazing! We loved waking up every morning and seeing the view of the lake and boats. It’s the most beautiful place to stay for a romantic time with some excellent restaurants nearby. My wife and I would love to return and have the same room.

What a lovely accommodation. The bed and shower was top notch. The hostess made sure we were comfortable and we got an upgrade to water view, so we could watch the sunrise. All the shops and restaurants are just outside along the boardwalk. Peaceful and quiet all night. We highly recommend staying here.

The ground level location 5 metres away from the carpark. The spacious bathroom and comfortable bed. Access to extra towels was provided and you had a toaster as well as a kettle which was a bonus.

The tissues and hair dryer were located at the back of the wardrobe at the end of our stay and we needed another roll of toilet paper provided but it wasn't necessary as we had rolls in our cars.

Lovely apartment, located in the middle of Bateman’s Bay. We stayed in a really spacious and stylish 3 bed place with a comfortable lounge, great kitchen and laundry facilities, parking, aircon, huge balcony with bbq, seating etc. and friendly staff who were very helpful with our booking. It was perfect!

Nothing - would have loved to have stayed for a week.
