Great, clean, modern rooms. Fantastic bathroom. This is honestly the best room ive stayed in for a few years (probably due to the fact it was recently renovated/updated and its super nice and modern). Bathroom was big, clean, huge mirror, nice sinks, good toilet, great shower pressure, hot water, both rain showerhead and standard.

Literally the only thing i disliked was the pillow (too big/airy) but thats a personal preference. The outside is obviously being cleaned up too, but the place still looked nice enough as it was (if the carpark was resealed itd look fantastic).

The hotel looks like it is being renovated so please do not be put off by the exterior.The rooms are exceptional,probably the best rooms we have stayed in on our many road trips.Inside the rooms are faultless,everything is new and clean and fresh.The luxury bed linen ,fixtures and fittings are so appreciated when you are travelling.The communication from the owners was good and the contactless check in worked a treat.This is the place to stay in Moruya,well done to the owners !

There is nothing to dislike,nothing to fault at all.

The location suited our needs for the visit 100% no problem with noise (from road) it was our 2nd stay following a recent visit. Our 1st visit made the decision to book now easy. Staff more than obliging and helpful in all ways. The facilities for the stay covered our needs. The bonus it is walk to shops and easy drive to super beaches and vistas - top spot.

There can always be something you might pick but frankly for our purpose the Hive exceeded our needs.

My stay at Luhana Motel was wonderful! We ended up in Moruya longer than expected due to car problems, and the Managers at Luhana went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The motel rooms are beautiful, modern and clean, much nicer than any Motel I have previously stayed in! The mattresses were very comfortable which is a rare to find in short term accomodation. Overall, very happy and will always remember Luhana Motel if I happen to come to Moruya again! Thankyou Staff!

Absolutely nothing - this motel exceeded my expectations and past experiences at other motels.

We were very comfortable for the two nights we spent there. We felt the air conditioner could have been in a more suitable place so we could have felt the benefit of it a bit more. The shower was really good. Very spacious and the shower head was very good. We would stay again as the locality of this motel was excellent and it was reasonably quiet. Loved the antics of the resident dog!

From the moment we checked in until we checked out, the Hive was a welcoming environment, staff were super friendly and helpful, room was extremely clean, comfortable, and lovely and cool on a hot day and the lovely pool was a treat. considering the location is right on the roundabout of the Princes highway, we were amazed at how quiet it. We stayed in the accessible room which was meticulously planned for use by a person with restricted mobility

Excellent service from Charmaine and Mark. I arrived early and Charmaine kindly organised the room for me and on the ground floor so I could park my car outside. She went above and beyond in friendliness and service during my stay. The property is newly refurbished and a very high standard of accommodation. I cannot recommend Hive Hotel enough and will definitely return if my travels bring me to Moruya in the future Thank you.

the location was excellant.walking distance to town.i.g.a supermarket next door.not many motels cater for solo travellers with solo travellers pricing.well done .thxs,management and staff very pleasant.

Close to town and large room provided (family but only the two of us)

The double bed was very uncomfortable and seemed even smaller than a usual double bed. We couldn't use one of the single beds as we would have been charged more. The Reception advertised as open until 6pm but was closed upon our arrival around 4.30pm. Had to use the automated check-in. They took the whole tariff on 22/5 and not "at the property" as advertised, so had no chance to use the $50.00 Stay NSW Voucher.

We have stayed before the Hive had its makeover. This is a fabulous improvement with all newly renovated rooms. I quite liked the self serve check-in too, which was easy to manage. The Hive people are still working on the outside areas which will make it even better once completed. We will certainly stay here the next time we are in Moruya.

Reading lamps would be nice.
