Central position, very large unit. Comfortable beds

No view. At the back of the units where the loading zone was. Very early deliveries, which woke us up every morning. Very loud refrigeration condensers were operating all night. Only 1 comfortable seat for such a big apartment, the 2 other chairs were very hard dining chairs, was forced to sit on the bed to watch TV. Terrible shower, no pressure and having no shower door, floor was continually flooded. Didn't have basic kitchen utensils, ice cube tray would have been handy, and some cutelry was covered in food. As we stayed 3 nights would have been nice to replenish coffee, tea etc.

Lovely room with fabulous view of Malua Bay. New studio apartment with modern interior. Bathroom is large and has a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen has a cooktop, microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Undercover car parking. The staff were helpful even replacing the coffee maker. There's a great Chinese restaurant on the ground floor of the building.

The TV is small and the lounge is on the furthermost wall which makes it seem even smaller. There is only one lift in the building. It's the first building I've been in where you have to use the swipe card to go to the ground floor.

amazingly clean! you would not believe how clean this place is! it’s clear that a lot of effort has been placed into maintaining the standard of this place. staff are welcoming, I believe it was Chris? maybe Clark? at front desk, was wonderful, and so helpful and informative, and the cleaning lady with red/brown hair was so happy and cheerful! small things really make the stay! The place also has all the amenities you could think of! really worth stopping by, can’t wait to come back!!

shower doesn’t have a door + low water pressure + temperature of water doesn’t change for 2 mins after adjusting = you standing freezing in the bathroom

Loved being so close to the Bay and waking up with a sunrise and an ocean view and having our doggo stay with us, he even got a toy on arrival from the reception staff. Rooms are huge and beds are so comfy and big too. Bonus points for having a washer & dryer in your own room, excellent Asian restaurant downstairs, bottlo next door, and coffee van perched up in carpark of the reserve opposite the motel. Really good coffee too! Washing liquid supplied too. Surf boards and pushbikes can be hired out from motel. All in all, pretty fantastic place to holiday! Not much in Malua Bay though but soooo beautiful, quiet and definately worth staying if you want to relax!

Shower design is ridiculous. Water spills out all over bathroom floor when you shower. Tip: when checking in grab some of the beach towels from reception area and use them to create an absorbent dam wall while you shower! It helps. Interconnecting rooms have thin walls. You can hear other people pretty easily, especially their dogs barking while they went out and left them in the room! Uncool.

We loved it so much we stayed another 2 nights. The bed was so comfortable we bought the same King Koil mattress yesterday to replace our old one at home.Have never slept so well. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We thought that with dogs and their owners staying there too, though in a different area, that we would hear barking etc. but we heard nothing

A small table with chairs to sit and eat our meals would have been nice .When sitting at the breakfast bar, our chins were resting on the bench....we are not tall people! Also, any guest who had paper work to do, had no chair to sit on if he/ she wished to work at the tv bench. Very disappointed that Eurobodalla Shire has seen fit to close down the Tourist bureaus in the area. One former worker there told me it was because the the Council said they made no money, but it seems the opposite is true. There must be many travellers like us who look for the Tourist Bureau when they reach town! Poor, backward thinking on the part of the Shire Council.

This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at (and it wasn't my first visit). The staff are friendly, the cleanliness and room size are excellent. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need (right down to a toaster and a dishwasher). There's even a washer and dryer in the bathroom and location is a winner. I can't recommend this place any higher and will be back again. There is a fantastic Chinese restaurant in the building as well.

There is nothing to dislike about this hotel

Location is perfect! Malua Bay is right across the hotel. It is quiet as well and there's a restaurant underneath. The room is big,very clean and smells good too! Lay out of the room(studio) is well appointed, making it spacious. Considering that they allow pets in the room it is surprisingly clean and smelling good even at the hallway. Staffs specially the receptionist are all courteous, polite and friendly. They are very accommodating and informative. Will surely go back !

I guess there's nothing to fault but would like to ask if they could provide a full length mirror on each room would be great! And just to remind them short people also check in the hotel so if they could make it accessible for them too. Otherwise everything is perfect for me😊

Excellent and quiet location, with really beautiful views of the sunshine in the early morning, peeking over the large waves of the ocean waters. With the park right before the beachhead, it gives a wonderful feel of bright green fading into the ocean waters and the rising Sun at the horizon. The facilities and rooms are really exceptional and comfortable, with all the amenities of a studio apartment, with comfortable beds and study, coupled with a free fast WiFi network.

Absolutely nothing. We had covered parking, which was complimentary with the room.

Spacious room with kitchen, dishwasher, cook top, microwave, cookware, huge bathroom with washing machine and dryer. Bed is comfortable too.

Carpet and couch areas could do with more thorough cleaning before we checked in. The room we stayed had a hard to close door. The room service staff didn’t close our door on one occasion so our room was left unlocked. I raised the issue with reception and the it was addressed and it didn’t happen again during the 2nd and 3rd day.

The location of the property is prime. stunning beach is literally at the door step. Good maintenance and friendly staff. easy check in and check out. No hassles.

1. There are no shower screens which means that when you have a shower, water is all over the floor in the bathroom. gets very very messy, wet very quickly. 2. There is only one fixed shower head and is too high for some people/kids to reach. every bath should have a fixed and a adjustable hand held shower head.
