I somehow got a very large room for a lone traveller, so it was super spacious. It's an older style motel with all the usual facilities, which has its benefits - it was quiet and I couldn't hear my neighbours. It's also right across the road from a Chinese restaurant that is open later than usual, and right on the road so easy to get out of town (although most of the motels are on the same road).

As the room was so large, I had to run the heater for a bit. I had to ask at reception for the wi-fi password, but couldn't connect. Parking got a bit tight later at night.

I love the high ceilings and the spacious room that had everything we wanted. A great choice of breakfast selections which was very affordable and delicious, and delivered on time. A very relaxing comfortable place to rest. We will definitely be staying again. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Restaurant directly across the road. Ground floor accommodation with car park outside your room. Fantastic night's sleep.

I enjoy to have big drives, this was the first time I've been in Coonabarabran and by chance I booked into this place. I was so happy with the genuine, relaxed friendly reception. The room was clean, warm, safe and well equipped. Plenty of room to park and get stuff out of the car. The accommodation was spacious, the shower was great, the bed was comfy and I love the style. I will definitely return!

We were allocated a room in the second block away from the main highway. The room was spacious. The bathroom looked newly renovated but had no towel rails. Located in a superb position close to both dinner and breakfast eateries. Strongly recommended the Golden Sea Dragon for a delicious meal.

The breakfast we chose was a continental type, and this was handed to us for our own preparation in our room, at our leisure. Toaster and microwave was in the room, and kettle for coffee. It was all very nicely organised. I like the location, and the decor. I particularly liked the generous bench space for the kitchen area. I like staying in motels where you can drive right to the door for easy unloading and loading.

Not sure. I didn't find anything I didn't like. Maybe the only thing I can think of is we didn't stay for longer - more than one night would have been better.

For a guy touring on a motorcycle this was ideal place uto stop for the night. Short walk to the Bowlo for dinner - room up the back on ground level - very quiet.

This is not the Intercontinental but really nothing to get upset about considering price and location. Had some trouble with internet connection but for one night used my own data and that worked fine.

Great communication prior to arrival & the staff were very friendly on arrival. Great location in the town with parking at front of the rooms. The room was very clean & quiet with a comfortable bed. The pool area looked really nice but was too cold for a swim during my visit.

I pre-booked...The elderly chap who first tried to book us in was rude and told us to leave because i had issues with my credit card password when booking in without even giving me the opportunity to pay in an alternative way....the young chap was a thorough gentleman and sorted it all out ...I think the elderly chap was having a bad day

We had a great stay. The only comment, not a complaint, was the room had too much light coming in thru the small window above the door. As the outside lights can’t be turned off, there needs to be a blind or something to stop the light coming into the room

Clean and beds were very comfy. Next door to the RSL so didn’t need to travel to have dinner after arriving late. The bathroom was clean and well maintained and products were good (soap shampoo etc). Heating was good. No need to climb stairs with luggage. Was able to park close to our room. Reception was helpful and polite.
