Good sized room with plenty of space and room to move and very clean. Very comfy bed with electric blankets, nights were freezing. Wife wanted to take the mattress home.

A bit cramped in the kitchen area with the microwave next to the sink. Small maintenance issues in ensuite. Towel rail and toilet roll holder starting to come away from wall. Cabinet had a gap at wall appeared to have moved. Bottom corners in shower stained. Reverse cycle in main room needs a service. Making weird noise in run down cycle, still worked ok. I might sound picky but I used to be a maintenance manager. Would have spoken to front desk but they weren’t open when I dropped the key off on leaving.

The best thing I can say is that I had ten hours of uninterrupted sleep. Check-in was easy and efficient, and the staff member was friendly and welcoming. I had requested a quiet room owing to a negative experience at another motel the night prior and that's what was delivered. I don't sleep well in general but the bed was very comfortable and combined with Coonabarabran's dark skies, and the room I was allocated, I had the most welcome night of sleep. Even though the traffic passes out the front, including trucks, it wasn't an issue at all.

Convenient location on north western side of Coonabarabran to continue my journey north to Brisbane. The lovely lady at the reception was friendly and check-in took only a minute. The room was comfortable and very quiet, there was no noise from the highway after dark (I had been concerned that the trucks might be noisy at night; however, the traffic was very minimal after sunset)

I had been hoping the motel may have a restaurant; however, they did not.

We were very pleased with the facilities, was on the right side of town as we were visiting the Pilliga Quiet, I personally had no contact with staff, partner did with no complaints. All in all it was a pleasant stay There was certainly sufficient space, bathroom was a good size too

No tissues, but maybe an oversight I have a bad back and arthritis so bed could have been softer and no spare pillows Partner slept like a log A couple of the lights were out, over the sink and by the sitting area, not an inconvenience tho

Reception was helpful with shopping & eating locations.

Lack of advertised WiFi....had to walk couple of 100m to reception each time I needed WiFi! I appreciate that it's free of charge BUT if advertised it should be available as it was a key requirement for my stays in NSW.

The dark haired lass on reception was a real asset, helpful and pleasant. The room & facilities were excellent, the bed was comfortable, and we slept well.

The room & facilities were excellent, but the WiFi was useless, which was disappointing as I could not do further trip arrangements.. Could not use it even to receive email, let alone answer anything.

Convenient location just out of town. Great value for a family room. Large room with aircon. Nice hot shower with good water pressure.

Bathroom could do with an update and more pillows.

Heating didn't work at first, and the floor was wet. Husband cleaned filter in air-conditioning unit, then united worked perfectly

The room was very clean. The bed was a bit firm for my liking however my husband found it good for his back.The kitchen area could have used an extra power point so that you can make toast and coffee at the same time.

There were no forks to eat with only knives and spoons.

For the money we paid the room was ok It was mostly clean

Warmth from heater didn't reach bathroom even though bathroom door was open for 3 hours before we needed to use it.
