If you want serenity, privacy and all the creature comforts look no further. Bring your own food and you're all set as the kitchen is very well appointed. Beautiful views across the valley from covered verandah. If you need to stay 'connected' wi-fi worked very well.

We stayed in the Chapel and only negative was the fact there was no WC on the same level as the bedroom. Not ideal for anyone that needs to use the facilities during the night as the bathroom was down two flights of stairs.

Exceptional is the only word to describe this property. The hideaway lived up to its name and was secluded in a perfect forest retreat. It is rare when a location exceeds the photos that have been posted online, this location and property did so on all levels. It was a privilege to be able to stay and we look forward to returning.

There is nothing negative I can say about this property. Both my wife and friends we stayed at the property at could not stop mentioning how perfect everything was. For me it was the return to nature and the solitude that I really appreciated. Even though there are a number of other properties at the location, the hideaway is literally set apart from the others. Fantastic Experience.

There was no breakfast but the cottage was lovely and full of character. The grounds were open and so peaceful, a great place to unwind and just relax. The resident cockaburras welcomed us and stayed on our table but didn’t turn up the following morning as we didn’t give them any treats the day before.

Not a complaint as my wife thought differently but the bed was a little too soft for me.

We loved this property so much we booked again for in a few months while sitting in the hot tub! it truly is a little slice of paradise, from the beautiful picturesque setting as far as the eye can see to the facilities available on-site - purely amazing. We brought our own tennis rackets, balls and other sporting equipment to save having to borrow some which helped. the tennis court was quite slippery and had moss and mud but given all the recent weather it was understandable and we played around it. The hot tub was sensational, though set to 35 degrees, we raised it to 41 degrees and by the morning was super toasty for a nice soak to relax the muscles before our big drive home. if you’re bringing a pet, they provide bowls and lots of grass to run around. be mindful as it notes in the listing, there is no fences. We had to chase after our little dachshund a few times when she caught whiff and saw the kanagaroos so keep this in mind. Overall though, we all loved it and are excited to come back again!

at most, pool area needs an upgrade, such a small plain area for such a delightful spot. also, it would be cool to know who the management is and location. I appreciate contactless life now but having a quick chat and learning a little more about the area and being able to ask questions would be that little more extra.

really relaxing, plenty of space to explore and enjoy. own tennis courts, volleyball net, spa with all equipment supplies. beautiful wildlife and really friendly staff!

unfortunately due to the location internet is not accessible for a lot of usage if you need that kind of thing but surprisingly decent phone reception. that all comes at the cost of coming to a beautiful valley like this!

The location could not have been better: beautiful and relaxing. Our pups enjoyed exploring the surroundings too - built-in walks. Perfect!

Only small things: some of the crockery was a little bit worse for wear; there could have been more condiments; we couldn't get the dishwasher to work.

When I envisage a relaxing weekend away, this is exactly what I am thinking of. Waterlily Chalet was just perfect for us. Clean and well kept. the spa is amazing and the combustion fire worked really well. in the cold evenings. The hosts are so lovely and accommodating. I can’t recommend this retreat highly enough to get away from it all.

Loved everything but just with chapel be aware bed is very high so they give a step stool to get in and toilet 2 floors down so if mobility issues book different cabin So incredibly beautiful though

This is the most amazing place ever. We travelled Australia for 4 weeks and this is definitely the best place we stayed. Beautiful surroundings, bird song and frogs.. our house was the Chapel, and it was so beautiful, we really didn't want to leave. Any opportunity I get to come back I will take!!! Definitely all thunbs up, thank you
