The location is great for closeness to food outlets and shops especially if you don't want to drive. The bridge is just across the road with picnic areas right on the Lake. The Saturday Markets and Fun Fair are also really close by so again, don't need to drive. Parking is off the main road and security is good. The rooms have a front and back door out to the garden, and so you can sit and watch the tide change whilst having a cold Beveridge in the evening. Fresh air flows through the sizeable room reducing use of air conditioner. Rooms are comfy with extra chairs to watch television or eat breakfast/lunch/dinner. I would stay here with my young grandchildren with the pool so close by and the spacious garden to stretch their legs. The beds were made beautifully with comfy pillows and fresh scattered cushions along with supplied bathroom essentials. I'm booking again soon and know that my room will be awesome, and I can anticipate a really lovely weeks break again soon.

Some might find the kitchenette a little old, but the motel is quite old. The position itself is unique, however, and there is everything you will need should you cook in the microwave and serve meals for yourselves.

Great value stay for the price. Rooms are old and dated but spacious, very clean and beds are new and comfortable. Bathroom is like stepping into the '60s but good, hot shower so no complaints. The owners have obviously put a lot of effort in to ensuring guests have a comfortable stay, beautiful new linens, lots of towels provided, and lots of thoughtful touches provided such as toiletries, tea/coffee/milk and even hot chocolate. Room had a fan & air con, and a small, well equipped kitchenette. Great location, right across from the water and the bridge to Forster. Good parking right outside the room. Contactless check-in and check-out as reception was closed both times. Great value, would definitely stay again.

Traffic going past was noisy at night but that's to be expected from any motor inn.

Location is really good - close to Woolies, beach, medical centre, pub, post office, and a walking distance from Forster city centre. Very quiet and the staff very helpful. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. The amenities in the room were ok, the only thing missing, and that I would recommend to have would be: 1 kitchen knife and 2 small bowls in case guests want to eat some fruit and cereal for breakfast in the room. But it was a very good stay.

This property is located in the prime spot to park the car and not move it again. It is close to the water, right near the bridge, located walking distance to Woolworths, kids playground, walking and bike trails and some really amazing restaurants.

Nothing. Ok so it’s old and definitely not modern but the bed is super comfy, the room is super clean and roomy. The balcony was perfect to catch the evening breeze and look out to the water and pool. The water pressure is amazing in the shower. The air conditioning is wonderful.

The room was lovely and spacious and super clean, beds comfortable. Had more facilities than I had expected with a microwave/fridge/kettle & toaster. Bathroom was a good size and the shower was quite powerful. Aircon and a ceiling fan, parking right outside the door of the room.

It was a bit noisy early in the morning as other guests were leaving.

Location was very good. Loved the pool area. Loved the lounge and chairs in the living room. Best toilet paper ever!! Convenient back entrance from Woolworths. Very handy Take Away Chinese food.

Could have been more surface space or hooks to hang personal items on so they are handy(in Bathroom). A rail or chair in the Bathroom would have been much appreciated

The engaging, warm, friendly greeting upon arrival kicked off the start of our happy stay. Great location, short picturesque walk to Forster restaurants, central to so many things surrounding. Super clean and tidy. Beds and pillows were great! The sad thing was that we had to leave BUT .. we will definitely be back again soon! This place will be our go to accommodation in Forster.

Nice area outside our room with plenty of seating for all the couples staying there to be able to meet for happy hour in the afternoon. very convenient to supermarket, club and good pub to eat at in the evening. Great breakfast place across the road on the waters edge.

it is on the older side and ready for a revamp, but in saying that the bed was comfortable, water was hot, room was spacious and there was convenient off street parking.

We received a very warm welcome on arrival. We were close to the bridge to Forster and over the road from the motel is Cape Hawke Harbour, as well as John Wright Park, a lovely spot to enjoy a coffee or a picnic. Also a very reasonably priced Chinese takeaway, called Tuncurry Chinese Kitchen was very close by. Although the rooms are a little older, ours was spotlessly clean.

The motel is on Manning Street, the main street in and out of Tuncurry and Forster, so it can be a little noisy during peak times.

It was super clean and the bed was extremely comfortable! Our room was upgraded on arrival and we had nothing but lovely interactions with the staff. It was located in a perfect spot for what we wanted out of our stay.

The motel itself is quite old but it has character and is so well maintained/ so clean!
