Great location near town, with a pub and cinema nearby, perfect for a layover for a night on a drive up the coast from Sydney. Bed was very comfortable, very generous with toiletries and with the milk provided (have to ask for the latter on check in, but offered enough milk to make breakfast). The room was also very clean. Saj, who I assume is the owner, was super helpful and went out of his way to solve an error I had made with the booking that could have cost me. Lots of people would just shrug their shoulders! Having a Tesla EV charger is also a real plus and very convenient.

Facility is great

Not happy with booking.com as there wasn’t an option to select upper or lower floors and we were put in the upper floor which was not possible due to my wife’s health. We the. Had to pay a further $15 to be on the lower level. We will book direct in future. Booking.com needs to be more transparent about what they are offering. The manager didn’t try to assist with our dilemma but was just interested in the additional $15?? Not impressed!

Warm welcome service by the owner and his young son. We arrived quite late in the evening and didn't get a chance to buy tooth paste and water bottles on our way to the motel. Owner of the motel provided items to us at no extra cost. Heaps thanks to the owner and his son. Also motel did have Tesla fast charging facility and we charged our new TESLA MODEL Y without any extra cost or should say owner never asked for the payment for charging out TESLA.👍😃

Room was clean, shower was good. Room big enough.

The air-conditioning from the room next door was so loud we couldn't sleep. We spoke to the staff and they kindly moved us. We were given an upgraded room and slept well. No milk, small thing but needed to go out and buy milk to have a tea/coffee.

The location, good value for money, comfy bed. We also like the little extras you don't usually get in motel e.g. plates, cutlery, microwave, ample milk etc Loved the hotel in waking distance and the Italian opposite motel. We will definitely book again if in the area

Our booked room was upstairs but the lady at reception changed it to downstairs which was much more convenient. She was also generous with the milk. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The toiletries were nicely arranged and covered all that could be needed. The lighting was good for general reading. A hotel, with a good selection of meals, was within short walking distance. The motel was quiet and we slept well. Interestingly there were 4 electric car charging stations in the court yard. We would stop here again.

The aircon wasn't working to its full potential. The aircon hasn't been cleaned in a while as it was very dusty. Which caused me to have allergies. There was no extra blanket to keep me warm. There was no milk or water provided in the fridge. The room wasn't cleaned thoroughly. The hot water went cold quickly.

As advertised. Didnt need more than a bed and bathroom for the night. Visiting family in Cundletown and location was spot on. Great pub and restaurant across the road for dinner at the Manning.

Im a light sleeper, around 2 or 3 am i could hear the guys in the next room talking but didnt last long. Family with babies 2 rooms down and never heard them unless they opened the door.

We had to make this trip last minute and were a late arrival - they were very kind about this. Bed very comfortable and the armchair provided likewise. Location is excellent for walking to facilities nearby to eat etc.. Very central for the town. Extra towels supplied. Staff very helpful. Recommend.

Room decor was modern and beautiful, and the room was very clean. Toiletries are supplied. The staff are friendly and helpful. Restaurants, cinema and pub are across the street for good meals, drinks and movies. Location is ideal for getting into Taree and other eateries nearby with a car.
