Quest Goulburn

Room was very new with nice facilities and a comfy bed. The little kitchenette even had a half stovetop and microwave. The heating worked very well, and the room was spacious. I didn't encounter that many staff, but the ones I did see seemed pleasant enough.

The pillows weren't very comfortable (low and overly firm). They have a rain shower which always annoys me because rain showers make it awkward to wash when you don't want to get your hair wet, and when you are washing your hair they don't have enough pressure to properly wash long hair. The parking was also a bit awkward. I think the spaces were planed without taking into consideration that it's a country area so everyone drives big cars and trucks. The main lights in the room also annoyed me a bit with how bright they are. There was only a singular bedside lamp and the entrance way lights as alternatives, so you had the option of the room being overly bright or very dim. There was no in between choices.

Beth was amazing she was welcoming and went above and beyond for us hearing that myself and my pregnant wife drove from Brisbane to Goulburn in a rush to make a hospital appointment the next afternoon she upgraded us and took the time to connect and make us feel as if we were home, as managing director of a construction company myself I wish more of my staff would do what Beth done for us, if possible I would like to see that Beth is recognised for her outstanding above and beyond efforts it was amazing and we will be moving all our staff accommodation nation wide to quest from now on as the service we received was amazing

From check in to check out our stay was wonderful. The staff were friendly, the facilities were great, the location was superb. The hotel offered excellent value for money. We stayed over the Easter Long weekend. The receptionist had even made a list for the guests of all the cafes and restaurants that were open over the weekend. How's that for going above and beyond. Our room was perfect, we had a small stove top, toaster, washing machine and clothes dryer. The shower was huge. The room itself was very spacious. I'll certainly be staying at the Quest in future.

Everything was wonderful. Nothing to dislike.

Was just looking for somewhere to spend a few hours for some sleep to break up a long journey (driving to Melbourne) and wish we could have stayed longer. We checked in late (around 11:30pm) and the key was left is a secure lockbox for us and the staff sent me a detailed text msg on how to access the box and car park. Very easy process. The room was spotless and a very good size and was stocked with all the amenities. Very comfortable bed and a very easy check out the next morning. Highly recommend the place.

Only criticism was there wasn't enough parking spaces for all the rooms (either that or some people were parking in the Quest parking spots that shouldn't have been). When we got there, the only space left was a disabled space.

modern comfortable room. right at the start of the main road of town, so plenty of shops, pubs, and restaurants closeby. i was pretty suprised by how quiet the bedroom was, considering it was right on a busy road - definately wouldn’t have known, and i slept really well.

parking was a bit of a nightmare. it was hard to find somewhere to stop outside just to check in, and when i got the security card to the garage underneath there wasn’t much parking and very tight spaces. once i parked i wasnt brave enough to leave again, because i wouldn’t have been able to get another space when i got back, so i had to walk around town in the rain.

Clean and new modern facility. Ticked all the boxes. The secure underground parking was also good, although it did cost an extra $10 which is unusual for a country town.

The only negative I have is the height of the kitchenette cupboards and window. Unless you're six foot tall there is no safe way to reach the utensils on the top shelf or the window. The room should come with a small step ladder.

No breakfast offered but easily go to next door cafe or down the street. Modern and clean reception. Large and comfortable apartment. Good wifi and good tv reception. Well equipped kitchen. Clean.

Fitness center a little poor and no antibacterial spray in order to spray the machines after use.

The staff were friendly the apartment was clean the beds were comfortable it had everything we needed and it was very central to everything

We are old so the smart tv and air conditioner was a little hard to work but this would be easily fixed by having instructions on how to use them properly

We loved everything about this establishment, very very friendly staff, beautifully appointed reception area and fabulous location. Lovely room and huge bedroom, very very comfortable bed so a great nights sleep

we liked everything only minor issue was the tight space of the door into the shower & floor in shower was very slippery. But they are minor issues & certainly not big enough for us to consider not booking again, in fact we have already rebooked for 10 days time

staff excellent, close to town. Microwave dishwasher etc.,

parking - not enough spots then returning late at night. Parking should be an allocated spot so that a late return will still have a parking spot. This was an extra charge so frustrating to find no spots left. House keeping only half finished one day, no towels etc., had to chase up on return.
