it’s clean, neat, fresh, comfy, convenient with a more modern feel .

after clearly requesting a late checkout by emailing. also calling and speaking with the helpful owner and then when I arrived I told the checkin staff that I had requested a late checkout as I knew I would not get to sleep till very late (3am) and was told that he would notify the cleaners to leave my room till last. after all that I was woken by cleaning staff banging in the door and then trying to open the door at 10am. guess the message didn’t get through .. anyway it was a great place to stay ..

Room was comfortable clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. The room had a nice comfortable feel to it. The tea coffee were in a cupboard and took a moment to find. Would have loved a bit more milk but I guess that's on me. I could have asked for more but I didn't so no blame to the management. The gardens were nicely cared for. I travel quite a bit and stay in places from South Australia to Victoria NSW and Queensland and this place was as good as any I stay at and was more than comfortable

Management was a bit short when I accidently locked myself out of the room by closing an auto lock door but she opened it for me. Also seemed somewhat annoyed when I asked if I could buy a fork that was in my room. HOWEVER She said I could take it with no fee for which I am very grateful. It is now my favorite fork to eat with so not sure if this comment really belongs as a NEGATIVE comment but its the absolute worst I can think of to say and if there really was ANYTHING to complain about Id have put that instead

Overpriced, and half a roll of toilet paper!!!

We were greeted at Reception, even though we were a bit late arriving (many motels leave a key in the door or a locked box). Everything about Willow Motel was fantastic. We were upgraded to a King room from our requested Queen. It had everything we needed and was very quiet, so we actually got much needed sleep (not possible where we stayed the night before).. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, it was spotless and roomy. Highly recommend Willow Motel. The icing on the cake was when there had been a system error with the charge for our room (overcharged). The person who greeted us on arrival (?Nick) rang and spoke to me later on the day we left and explained the error and immediately refunded the amount overcharged.

Beds comfortable, Shower hot, (Shower is over bath which could have been listed in booking for those who need to make choices on access) We only used the room as a stop over on the way to Sydney, in the room for beds and showers only. (less than 8 hours)

It was 5 degrees when we arrived, it would have been nice to have the heater turned on in the room as it was freezing and took a while to heat up.. We were in the front room and road noise was bad. Other rooms may not hear this but with 2 large windows is was quite loud.

I had a beautiful overnight stay - the spa was fabulous, Thai delivered to the door without fuss (from a local restaruant) - gorgeous rose garden at the front. The room was generously sized and it was easy to heat up/cool down. It was dead quiet - the motel was quite full but the rooms must be really well soundproofed. Loved that! great staff and I will for sure stay again on any trip through Goulburn!

The mattress may be due to be replaced, luckily being a very large bed it was possible to comfortable but couldn't really sprawl out across the bed or sleep in the middle of it as it had distinct hollows on each side which made it a bit uneven - but everything was really clean and well presented. I still got a good night's sleep!

The motle rooms with dinning are sitting room area and small kitchen with wonderful large bathroom was very well set out. We liked the outside table and chairs to enjoy breakfast in the morning. The small rose garden with gazebo was a delighted and we enjoyed spending time there. The managers were very helpful and gave good tips about places to visit. Good local information file. Would happy stay again when I am next in Goulburn.

As the room sleeps 5, it could do with more plates, cups etc.

Only one pillow. Normally there are two per person. We understand the use of parking places but obviously some others don't. We were asked to move our car by the person staying in the room next door. (This despite the fact that we have a "disabled" sticker on our car.) The information is in the book on the table but it would be a whole lot better if they were told when they check in. There was only one knife/fork/spoon in the kitchen ...... but the staff were quick to give us more when my husband asked.

The motel is very good value for money. The motel is typical of the 1970,s style and sits just off the old highway. It was clean and comfortable. We used Goulbourn as a night stop both ways between Melbourne and Forster NSW. The kitchenette was well appointed for a motel, we cooked frozen meals carried in our Esky. A microwave, fridge, jug and toaster along with plates, bowls and cutelry. A sink with teatowels, detergent and brushes provided. We would stay here again.

We stayed for one night on our way to the Central Coast and was pleasantly surprised by the accomodation. Renovated and modern, with a kitchenette, microwave, toaster etc. Dining table & chairs. Prefect for our stay. Amanda was lovely, friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and functional. Price very reasonable, location great. We would gladly stay again.

Mattress was a bit uncomfortable ..... which was a bit disappointing.
