It may be an older property but it’s been beautifully maintained. The rooms are compact but freshly painted and updated, including a king bed which was the most comfortable I’ve slept in for a long time! There’s a small wardrobe, mini fridge, a couple of chairs and plenty of power points - handy if you have multiple devices to charge. Great shower too. There’s self check in but the guy on the desk hung around until we arrived and made sure we were ok. This will be our new ‘go to’ place in Goulburn from now on.

Minor negatives are the compact size of the room and the fact that we have to park on the street - it’s a quiet cul-de-sac so that wasn’t a problem. In fact neither of these ‘complaints’ are deal breakers for us - we’ll be back!

Super convenient for one night stay passing through Goulburn. Room checkin was very easy, with text message sent before arrival so we knew exactly where we were going and could get straight to our room which was SO helpful when travelling with an infant who has been in the car all day! There was also a neat little kitchen room with basic breakfast items which was a lovely surprise. Staff were friendly, room was comfortable and quiet. Would definitely recommend.

The only downside is parking is on the street. It's definitely not a problem as the street is a dead end and quiet - it was only that it was raining that it was slightly inconvenient. Definitely wouldn't put me off staying here.

It was in a lovely quiet area. Plenty of on street parking. Bed was comfortable and the complimentary breakfast had plenty to offer, use of the kitchen and dining room was an added bonus.

The only downer was that the bed was too big for the room. It didn’t leave much space to put your luggage, we had to put our suitcases in the wardrobe. However having said that the bed was really comfortable. If you are only staying one night then I suggest you have a small overnight bag with the essentials and you won’t have any difficulties with where to put your luggage.

Firstly, the upfront communication was first rate. Clear information was provided via text message, so that I could collect my key and let myself into the room. The room was impeccably clean and well-presented. Fresh linen and toiletries were present. The bed was comfortable!!! The bathroom was clean, and seperate from the room. The cupboard had an iron and extra blankets. The a/c worked well. The common area (kitchen and dining room) is well appointed. Wifi was included in the price, and was decently fast. The inclusion of a kettle with tea and milk in the bar fridge was appreciated. Finally, the locality was quiet - it was very pleasant to sleep there after a long drive - with no traffic noise to disrupt my sleep!

The room is small. I didn't mind - it is perfect if you are only sleeping there - but would be a bit too small if you were to plan to spend any significant amount of time in the room. (But why would you?!)

The room was tidy and clean. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Very comfortable for the price, exactly what I’d expect. Easy check in and check out with coded lock boxes for keys. And thank you for putting a PowerPoint next to the bed!!

If customers were to pay more then a few extra touches may need to be considered. The sound between rooms was a little disturbing as we could hear the people conversing next door. Maybe an adjustable shower head for the not so tall people. And the windows might need a fly wire for bugs. Nothing major though.

So immaculately clean; comfortable rooms, an incredible shared kitchen & dining space with everything a family needs. Free laundry to access with modern washer and dryer, friendly service and modern TVs with all the subscription access. At the end of a dead end street so no through traffic; nice and quiet. Loved chatting with everyone over morning breakfast/coffee in the communal kitchen. Wish we stayed here on our way up on our holiday; this is on our way back, but we will absolutely be back next time we pass through. Can't fault it in any way!

A very quiet location at the end of a non-through road. The motel is beautifully kept. Very neat, clean and tidy. The kitchen/breakfast room was excellent and a real surprise. The heating in the room was very good. Although the room was small it had a big bed and an excellent shower room, and was well equipped and of a high standard. The proprietor was friendly and accommodating. For the price this was exceptional.

Parking is on the street but there is plenty of space. The room was small but that wan't an issue.

The location was easy to find, close to all amenities and quiet, not on the main highway. The Queen room was a little cramped, spotlessly clean with adequate storage. For a couple a King room would provide better space. The best part was a Kitchen, complete in every detail and breakfast foods, a dining room tables complete with linen table cloths and place mats, large tv and an adjacent computer area ready to use with password supplied. Well done we will return.

A King room would have made our stay perfect, we are wiser in hindsight.

Exceptional value for money. Loved how the room was set up. Room smelled nice and was very clean. It was quiet, never heard anything during the night. Lovely big bed, comfortable pillows and abundant towels! Very attentive and friendly staff. Breakfast was an unexpected bonus! Very easy to check in and out. Highly recommend. Absolutely perfect if you are looking for a place to stay overnight if you are on a long drive. We will definitely be back.

No complaints

The room was fresh and clean and the bed was very comfortable. I stayed for 3 nights and upgraded to the King Rm for more space as I needed to work during the day. I viewed the Queen Rm upon check out and those rooms also have plenty of space for a comfortable stay/work during the day. The ceiling fan and reverse-cycle air conditioning was handy as the first day as >31deg C and the second day was <20deg C. The free wi-fi is great and fast enough for work (~40MBps at the time of my stay). The common kitchen has free tea, coffee (and capsules), ice machine, cereals and spreads, as well as gas stoves and microwave ovens for food prep/reheating. The kitchen adjoins a dining area and office space as described in the hotel description. Whilst there is no on-site reception, the cleaning staff that come each morning is very friendly. The location is within walking distance to town and in a nice and quiet location (cul-de-sac).

This is not a fault of the motel - I was in Room 2 (at the front of the motel) and the only property next door has a large dog which barks at anyone walking past on the footpath. On a couple of mornings, I was woken early several times by the dog barking at people walking past. Perhaps the one small window on that side could be upgraded to double-glazing to dampen the sound. This may not be an issue if you need to get up earlier - I was wanting to sleep in on those mornings. Otherwise, the motel is a great comfortable place.
