It was more than adequate, clean.

I felt the room was a little small. Very deceiving when looking at the photos on the Booking site. Though for two it was ok. I would like to suggest a different kind of chair. It was very low and comfy for no more than five minutes. Being a person with considerable pain & mobility problems. So maybe I should of mentioned this when booking in and I will from now on when checking into a Motel. Not enough blankets supplied. Lastly check out apparently was 9am not the usual 10am that has been everywhere I have been before, so we got woken by room service wanting to clean the room. He was very polite though and said he’d come back. Apart from being cold the stay was still fine.

Very accessible to everything especially to hospital. Staff are friendly and the manager is very considerate. We are to check out Saturday @10am. I was kept in the hospital for another night however our room is already booked for Saturday so we need to move out to another room. The manager organise a room for us and told us to let him know if circumstances change. I was discharged from the hospital the following day Saturday @12pm and told him we decided to drive back to Sydney. He said no problem did not charge us and said it was OK. Really appreciate his help!

Room was clean, functional and comfortable. Food in bistro was good with lots of choices. Staff very friendly.

Two very minor issues. No cupboard or hanging space in the room apart from a hook on the back of the door. I was travelling on business so had a suit. If I was staying there for a few days hanging space would have been nice. Also 2 cups in the room for tea/coffee but no glasses for water. Minor as I say but attention to detail.

When I entered my room I was amazed by what was supplied, the room had a large lounge and dinning area a well appointed kitchen including a pod coffee maker. the bath room was large and also well appointed with a shower & separate bath. The bedroom was which was separate from the other areas of the apartment. it was well setup and included a second TV. Extremely impressed,

It's only negative was the parking setup as I had to park my car out on the street.

Absolutely loved this hotel we went to have a weekend getaway and all staff members were so helpful and so organised as soon as we needed something we had it it’s very close to shops clubs and activities 100% recommended

One thing we didn’t like is that we got promised a car spot but considering hotel in behind the pub everyone who goes to the pub park in the hotel parking and you have to wait till roughly 12am when pub shuts for a spot

The really great aspect of this hotel is being pet-friendly. The staff were lovely [negotiated an extra late checkout without issue], capable and welcoming and the room was great in terms of being more than adequate and obviously geared to catering for non-human guests whilst in the gradual process of renovations. A brilliant initiative and much appreciated. Food downstairs in the bistro is excellent catering for all food preferences and definitely a much better than average pub menu.

The only downside was the wifi wasn't operating which dampened an otherwise excellent stay. Could have used a slightly larger table for mobile office work however overall it was still net positive experience.

I like the renovations that have occurred since I last stayed there around 7 years ago. The room was very clean and large and felt spacious for a couple with a teenager in tow. I liked that I got a call from reception when we were late in arriving just to check on us and the friendly service and helpful advice about finding a late night meal that was not an American fast food chain . I liked that it was dog friendly.

The motel rooms are located at the rear of the hotel and is right in the heart of town. Our room was very clean and tidy and nice and quiet all night. Our room wash-basin/sink was in the main room so it does allow someone to use the bathroom in privacy while another is using the sink. The bistro in the hotel serves some great meals and they had the fireplace warming up the area which was nice. We enjoyed the Seafood Fettuccine and the hot chips were yum. The Corner Cafe across the road (also part of the hotel) is open at 6am for coffee & breakfast and also serves meals during the day. The make a mean coffee, so don’t miss out. All the staff at the hotel, motel, bistro and cafe were all very friendly,polite and helpful.

Parking can be a problem at your room however there is plenty of street parking for the night and all under bright street lights. The main ceiling lighting in our room was a bit dull but this could easily improve with some whiter light bulbs.

Pillows were good & room was clean. The staff were lovely....one young gentleman remembered I liked ice in my cider. Bistro food was great.

The mattress was not at all comfortable, so didn't sleep well. Shocked at how small the room was. The bathroom was tiny, there was no where to put toiletries or soap, due to no shelving, a broken soap holder & no towel rails. There was no mention of a toaster in the description, so didn't bring brekky supplies, had to go buy them. Staying guests could be reminded to leave quietly, especially @ 6am.

Location and good were great. Bed very comfortable Food from hotel was great. I had dinner both nights I was there. Fish and Chips and then Steamed Dumplings

Bathrooms are very outdated, although shower was good. Sink was in the bedroom. cupboard was broken. no Iron or Ironing board. TV Reception was quite ordinary also.
