We were more than happy with the motel, we were only there to sleep, on check-in we asked about where we could find something to eat for dinner. Our Host told us of a great place - directly across the street at the South Hay Hotel! (If you are there on a Monday night - its Lamb Cutlet night!) Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable the shower has a leak but I'm sure that will be fixed for next time. Most importantly the air-conditioning was quiet and adequate on a hot summer Hay night.

No drinking glasses in the room, only coffee cups, had to go get another towel as only one was provided but not a deal breaker at all.

This was a quaint hotel. Wonderful staff. They offered me a free plate of butter chicken it was soooooo yummy 😋 If you need to stop over in Hay this is a perfect spot to stay. I stayed with my daughter and we really likes it.

The back sliding door was broken and couldn't lock, that's the only thing I can think of.

The staff and owners were very welcoming, guided us well. The rooms were comfortable with everything you can expect at outback. Location?? Fantastic... Food also was very good, we had a sumptuous Indian dinner. Wish them best wishes and a big thank you.

Room was very large and clean and well presented. Dinner included. Very large serve.truckie size serve. Very tasty. One of the best rooms I've stayed in.

Restaurant area not well presented. No choice of dinner. Just served.

The room was quite large for the 3 of us. The beds were super comfy. The showers were hot and the cubicle was large. Parking was easy with lots of room.

The location made it difficult to drive into or out of the property. depending on the direction you were driving. When we went to leave, the driveway was very mucky due to the rain. Our shoes were quite horrible.

Friendly family run,; clean, well appointed room with fridge, toaster, microwave, kettle, tea, coffee etc. great complimentary traditional curry and rice for dinner; pet friendly - a great stopover!

Spacious, clean room with kitchenette. Large bathroom. Very comfortable kingsize bed with crisp white linen. Very accommodating friendly staff

The outside grounds are a little run down, but I understand these people are trying to improve everything and that takes time and money

The room was perfect for myself and young daughter. very spacious, clean and just the right amount of amenities. Friendly staff and easy check in and out process. Free internet and a plus that the diner and petrol station is next door for late night snacks. Thank you team

curtain shower, Could do with larger coffee cups /better quality instant coffee and a bedside table on both sides of queen size bed.

Loved location as we were travelling to adelaide. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.Great Location to local pub for wonderful food. Will recommend to friends and family travelling to Hay. Price was unbeatable.
