The rooms are neat and comfortable. Specify upon booking if you need groundfloor or stairs are ok for the not so good knees. The restaurant is very good. The cuisine is delightful, especially breakfast, excellent. Good Bar services. Office Staff were wonderful, very polite and helpful. Always had a smile and a kind word. They would drop what they were doing to come and help.

In places, it looked like there was minor to minor+ repairwork done, which was evident by excess paint overrun on walls. The shower in the room really could use a door as water goes everywhere. Excellent water heat and pressure though, love a hot, strong shower.

Loved the pool and fast check in system :) we arrived after when reception closed, but they were super convenient and informative anyway as they explained to us where to retrieve the keys and all. Plenty of parking, really great location!!! Reception and dining area are very clean. Our room was spacious, beds super comfortable, shower wasn't bad either! We had a great time relaxing after a long drive from Sydney and good enough for us and our 5 yo son to rest in the room overnight. Thank you!

WiFi did not work in our room but it wasn't too much of a problem for us :) when we did let them know, they were very apologetic and advised that they will have the technician look into it for future travellers!

Happy with accommodation.good for 1 night stay while travelling.

Lack of power points. Had a mircowave on low space for luggage .We wanted to use it. But lead would not reach PowerPoint unless you moved it. Not a lite item. I travel with a short lead for times like this.

The set out, the reception area was big and comfortable The bed and pillows are very comfortable

The parking was a bit uncomfortable from the room. Only half a roll of toilet paper, was a bit scared in case one of us had a tummy upset, thank goodness we didn’t.

The kids said the Bacon and egg rolls they had for breakfast were the best they’d ever had. They were disappointed on Sunday to find out the restaurant wasn’t open breakfast and we had to eat at Maccas next door. Coffee was fantastic and service excellent thank you

The receptionist is lovely. The location is good, lots of parking, the rooms are quiet, bed is comfy, the food is good.

The lock on the door was wobbly, it took ages to unlock the door. The door handle was filthy but it was just grease from the previous guest I think.

Location is good, near shopping centre and visiting places, staffs were nice and polite. Facilities were very good. My family had great time in swimming pool. Room was clean and comfortable. Good!!

Everything was good except mosquitoes in our room.

Amazing showers close restaurant was open and have great food

Not enough power points some rooms had power board but ours didn't not. but that would definitely not stop us for staying her in the future

Had pool and a spa though I didn’t use either was greeted by a lovely young lady who was very helpful checking me in

The pillows were uncomfortable and a little out of town though did have a restaurant and bar and next door to McDonald’s

The rooms were amazing along with the staff at reception facility.She amazed us with her service and politeness
